You can't lose a triathlon on the swum but you can certainly win it on the run, as these two demonstrate... The 2 best runners in the sport...looking at Gold/Silver here...unless something freaky happens.
Go Murray!
Bravo Pierre le Corre...an honest athlete.
❤️ Kate
Very 😎 🆒️
A lot of extremely strong performances today. 👏
Those top-4 were *ripping!* 😮
Playing favorites much ? Boo.
Hayden is going to be unstoppable at long course with his bike and run strength. Would love to see him and Yee go head to head in Kona one day.
Bright future!
These videos are incredible!
The poor dude inn5th gets no mention hahaha the dudes before and after him but not 5th
Wowwwwww❤❤❤
Bad luck for Blummenfelt and his bike. Tire puncture...
Katie Zaferes is 34 not 26!
Respect!! How do such skinny men and women put out so much power, same in road cycling.
ROKSANA🎉🎉🎉
Blummenfelt had a bike mechanical issue
Britain have very strong teams for the Olympic Games, in both M & F categories. They should do well.
Great highlights and stoked they were up quickly! Awesome race, hope Hayden can figure out how to get Alex 🤙🏼
The production quality of this year's highlights have been amazing, quite a jump from what we had last year, kudos to World Triathlon for listening to the tri community on this issue, you guys are awesome.
Why even have a bike leg?
Bike leg is so underrated by average spectators. They are cycling 5.2-5.3 watts/kg for 50 minutes. Also over 60x 10s sprints are taking a lot of ATP and CP. First 2 laps they are cycling often at 400-410 watts. You can be Berega or Ingebrigtsen, but if your threshold is not over 5.5 watts/kg you will not run in TOP10 at WTCS race. ITU guys can bike
Just draft in a huge pack...boring.
@@davidgagen9856 you clearly didn’t understand what I wrote in my comment. So, watching TDF or Giro is also draft in a huge pack for you and boring. Did you see that Crociani and Pearson dropped on the bike leg and Milner didn’t managed to bridge to the first group with Helwig. Yeah, why even have a bike leg
Yeh saw all that......most of pack stayed together....whole event now usually starts at the run unfortunately in these sprint distances. Obviously the swim now more important to get into the front pack...but everything I have said is blindingly obvious.
@@davidgagen9856 you don’t even know what distance they raced. It was standard distance, not sprint. To race WTCS you need to be strong on all 3 disciplines. Every weakness is exposed in WTCS racing. WTCS racing is not running race like you think. Or running race for good swimmers. WTCS is for complete triathletes

#Paris2024
4:42 mile pace??????????????? Yikes!
great highlights.......really enjoying the racing
What happenend to K. Blummenfelt?
Puncture on the bike
@@callemacody Thx
Trevor..... you look like a walking heart attack. Check your health mate
Ironman casters should really take notes here. Trevor and Helen are doing an amazing job.
thanks excellent commentary ..............brilliant athletes
Highlights the day after the race is first rate. Trevor and Helen are great in the commentary and Trevor is tops in post race interviews. Cassandre Beaugrand will be tough to beat in Paris.
I hate the restriction on the number of athletes per nation per event in sport as a whole. The best people should all be there.
That’s literally every other race of the year. The whole point is to rep ur country. World championship years vs Olympic years….
Agree. Waugh misses out, though she could medal on a good day, whilst many other athletes make up the numbers and aren’t competitive after the first buoy.
Much thanks for the highlights the day after the event, well done. The commentary is first rate with Trevor and Helen. Trevor is the BEST at post race interviews!
Well done Alex! Finding form at the right time before the Olympics.
Amazing!
Congratulations Sophie Great Job 👍🇬🇧
Uzbekistan is a Dictatorship You notice no public only police Regular people are not allowed 👎🇺🇸

HK is not China :D
🤕 you have a great future, Paris is just the beginning…good luck 🙌
Awesome race !!
Спорт, это то лучшее, что придумало человечество 😊😊😊
😎 🆒️
why Cassandra of France and Potter of "Scotland"? Not GB?
Cristanto Gralañes de Mexico ; 3 veces Olimpico
no hills , purely flat , no people, no fans, no atmosphere, no buildings, no culture, total failure as an 'event', I couldn't be bothered to watch, even the commentators seem bored, I guess someone got paid lots of backhander?
What are they wearing on the heard?
Красива гонка❤❤❤❤❤
Huatulco is an incredible venue for WTS.
