  This is fascinating. I’m positive I can start out on full power by nearly sitting on my heels, rising after the torque kicks in. I was a quad skate referee for years - at two separate public rinks. I was required to adjust and repair the rental skates of patrons of the rink, which experience taught me the aesthetic science of skating back in the ‘70s. I do not have the low center of mass required for pirouettes and such, but I am an undefeated quad speed skater. It would be interesting to see what my ectomorphic phenotype would appropriate in terms of mechanical adjustments regarding this invention you’ve uploaded here.

  Anyone have suggestions on cruising outside? I’m new to inlines and I’m confused because so many YT videos have people skating super fast without really observing where they are going or the surface area for pebbles, twigs, etc so how do you keep from falling and hurting yourself when you online outside as a beginner? I bought mine thinking I could get some good exercise but now I feel a bit concerned about attempting it outside since I’m new to this type of skating. Any advice or insight? I literally thought the big wheels would sort of help with getting tripped up on things outside….

  I haven’t used inline skates in over 20 years. But after watching all these comparison, tutorial etc videos, I’m Pumped!!! I need to get em asap! I want to get 3/125 size skates. And additional wheels later, including these neon light wheels! Which 3/125 should I get??? I want to roll through the city here in Austin Texas at night with the lights, and during the day without the lights. I’d imagine a smaller wheel is probably better for the evenings and in a city scape. I’m looking at the power slide brand so far. But again, I’d love some feedback and suggestion from those of you with much more experience. Thanks!
