Great they show this, but I may cause a bit of controversy here, I'm a canoeist and in white water rope rescues you never wrap the rope around your hand, should the casualty be pulled by a currant you cannot release, and the rope will tighten around your fingers ( possibly causing major injuries) and you could also be dragged into the water because you could not release the rope, I know that their heart is in the right place, but it takes more than a minute on KZread to do it safely, Big 👍👍👍for all our emergency services, you are fantastic ❤️💕💕

Many years ago I was on Haytor with my dog and I saw smoke in the distance. I looked through my binoculars and saw about 20 farm type vehicles, land rovers, quad bikes, range rovers, horse boxes and dirt bikes. There were about 40 youths and adults running around with branches on fire setting fire to the gorse. They had trouble keeping the fires alight and were setting fire to a lot of gorse. They were obviously farmers with their kids. I expect someone was blamed for having a camp fire, but this was deliberate !!! I got on my motorbike with my dog in his special box on the back of my motorbike, and rode home to Kingskerswell on my Suzuki GS550 !!! I have never heard any mention of this sort of thing happening on Dartmoor but I know what I saw and it wasn't a camp fire !!!! These fires happen every year but nobody blames the farmers !!!

very good video fire service are brilliant service they are always there when there needed they are trained deal with any emergency and also everyday the cheek all equipment in the fire engine when the go on shift and sometimes they do drills to make sure they are ready for any emergency

Imagine a small car fire. Take the van which keeps the bigger appliance available. And if it's a big house fire they won't send the van
