Thanks so much for watching and for the comment! There is quite a lot of acoustical treatment in this room. All of the hexagon panels on the front wall and ceiling along with the corner bass traps and side wall first reflection panels coupled with the Flex-48 Adaptive Treatment System on the walls and the Barrel Diffusers on the ceiling makes for a well-controlled room.

Biggest setback with atmos is everyone's listening binaurally on headphones and it's just not the same. I don't know how that can be addressed, technologically
This is one of the most beautiful mid sized studios I've ever seen. I'm looking to start my new build , what was the budget on this ? I may have to hire this man for my layout bc this is pristine.
Thanks for the kind words about the studio! This was definitely one of our favorite projects over the years. With regards to budget, I’m not sure exactly what it ended up costing since so much of the labor was “free” which is usually not the case.

Great room and very insightful walk-through. I'd be curious to know which computer screen you ended up choosing and the logic behind how you drew the cable pipe lines... From the outboard racks to the Argosy and from the racks to the speakers? How did you decide what/how many to run through the ceiling? Thank you so much!
Thanks for watching! The monitor is a ViewSonic VX4380-4K 43 Inch. It eats up a bit of desk space but we really enjoy it. Regarding the cable lines, we went through several mock ups and a lot of “what if” planning! Ultimately we installed the floor joists to allow for a large channel that runs the width of the room with an access hatch on each end and a larger hatch in the center under the desk. The main cable runs go under the floor from the racks to the desk. From the center spot we cut a floor channel from the front wall to the back wall. Essentially a big cross shaped channel in the floor. We can run cable pretty easily from any side of the room. For the walls/ceiling, those locations were mapped based on Atmos speaker positions. There is conduit installed in the walls and ceiling (during framing) that connects to the floor channels. So we can pull cables from the racks or the desk up into any speaker position. I’m sure I have some photos from the install, I’ll check and post a few.

She’s perfect. Her aura is just so pure. She’s so humble. It’s really wholesome to watch. I also love her setup. Purple is my favorite color and everything just flows together seamlessly. Kudos 💜
I did audience work maybe 15-20 years ago and she was the singer of the show. It was a competition show with water and stuff. Wipe out? Anyway, I was placed on the front and remember smiling and singing and waving to her and she was giving the energy right back. Great eye contact, even though I was background in the pit. I never forgot that and I hope her genuine kindness continues to take her far. This was fun to pop on my feed! ❤❤❤❤
