This channel contains some of the favorite field recordings we made in the 1970s and 1980s of the old-time musicians we learned from, as well as some videos and recordings of Brad and Linda (Higginbotham) and associated bands. Some of these were originally posted by others. Please excuse the limitations of our recordings, our focus at the time was on learning to play rather than tune gathering or documentation. Thankfully there are now many great sources both on youtube (check out @whitetopmusic for example) as well as excellent website's like slippery hill.
Anything we posted ourselves was originally ad-free but KZread changed their policy in Nov. 2020 and now ads have started appearing on non-monetized channels. We have no control over this nor do we receive royalties from our channel. Still, this is a great way to share music!

Wonderful!
I think I like it better with E major harmony like you did on a Tom Brad and Alice record!!
I've been backed up a bunch of different ways on this tune and I have to say I like them all, it's such a great tune
Baker and Monroe based the main section of " Jerusalem Ridge: on "Glory"
