    I love hearing Robert. Thank you for all your work providing these. Did Robert ever speak on the benefit (satsang lite or whatever) of hearing his recorded talks? He must have a placed a value for they exist. 😊 Much love to all who are providing these. ❤️

    No big deal at all. Appreciate the kind words. It is pretty amazing they exist! If I come across any of the satsangs with him speaking on the benefit of hearing the recordings, I'll try to remember to post a link and time stamp here.... Here is a good video explaining the benefit to having a realized teacher vs. intellectual that might be helpful: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Znl8xcOpj9OYqZc.htmlsi=W6ZmRQUeCxVr-yrf In Silence Is the Ultimate Reality - "It is in the silence where the power lies. The highest teaching in the world is silence. There is nothing higher than this. Many people wonder, when I begin to talk, many times I leave a big gap between sentences. Some people may think I am looking for words, thinking what I'm going to say next. I do this purposely. For it is in the silence between the words, the gap, that the true message is. The real words, the real power is in the gap between sentences. Ponder this. This is very important. Why go on, and on and on with various stories, teachings? You forget about what I said in the beginning, and go on to other things. The words keep going, going, going, and of course when you leave here, you've forgotten everything that's been said. Again, the highest teaching in the world is silence. A devotee who sits with a Sage purifies his mind just by being here, or being with the Sage. The mind automatically becomes purified. No words exchanged, no words said. Silence is the ultimate reality. Think how everything exists in this world, through silence." In regard to the transcripts, this was from the Oct. 3, 1991 satsang that might be helpful “The way you should read these transcripts is preferably before you go to sleep at night. If you have time during the day, you should read them during the day also. Yet you should not read them as you read a book. You read a book, you finish, you go on to the next book. You should really stick to one transcript for at least a week, if not more. You read it through, and then you begin all over again. You go from paragraph to paragraph. You do not read it fast or speed read it. You take each paragraph and you ponder on the paragraph. You put the transcript down and you cogitate, ponder the paragraph, assimilate it, digest it, make it a part of your being and then go to the next paragraph. If you're doing this correctly, you will not have the time to read thousands of books. I'm not saying you shouldn't read other books, but if you really want to make headway fast, follow one direction. Go one way. You may find many contradictions when you read so many books, and you'll become confused and even disgusted...” Taken From Transcript 99: 3rd October 1991

    This is how Robert left off with a few different satsangs, but this is a quote from 'My Confessions' you might like......."Remember I love you all and I always think about you, but remember to love yourselves, to pray to your Self, to bow to your Self, to worship your Self, because God dwells in you, as you, peace."

    I too listen on AirPods and I have not experienced such issues. I’m sure they are real for you as I can at times be sensitive to volume and sometimes some devices may have some distortion. I’ve had no problems with my AirPods and this meditation was lovely. I’d recommend playing around with the volume and also sound filtering when in a noisy environment. Try be in a quiet room or gentle nature sounds and listening from a traditional speaker or just the phone speaker. I wish you all the best. 😊

    Thank you. Robert said that for him Ramana Maharshi didn't die. He felt his presence. The body doesn't matter. I feel the same for both of them. Otherwise I cannot explain how people like you have the urge to put these tapes out for people from all over the world that could have never had access to them. There is the book too but is not the same as hearing his voice. Be blessed! All is well! All is he: the one

    Uploader, there's a point in one of the tatsang where he says put your thoughts in a white ball on the right side of your heart. Do you know which tasting Uploaded, what guru said this (before maharshi) or what he was referring to.

  • @simplyherenow
    @simplyherenow7 күн бұрын

    Yea so Ramana Maharshi and Robert Adams both talked about the Spiritual Heart Center. I'm not sure which satsangs exactly, but Robert Adams talks about it in a few of them. This practice is about putting thoughts in the "heart center" located on the right side of the chest. The Heart center is not a physical location but a spiritual center. It is where the "I-thought" (ego) originates and dissolves. Through self-inquiry, and turning attention inward, you can trace the I-thought back to its source in the Heart. So ask yourself: "To whom do these thoughts arise?" and visualize and trace the I-thought back to its source in the heart Center on the right side of the chest. When thoughts are directed to the Heart center, they dissolve into the pure awareness that resides there. If you are listening in on Robert Adams Satsangs, you'll come across the Spiritual heart pointing. I'll try to remember to post a link here for you when I come across it again. Hope that helps.

And I got a notification to for this meditation!!! Immense gratitude and love for posting this video , may be this the language of the divine - intuition , synchronicity 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️🙏

  • @simplyherenow

    It's like Ramana Maharshi's comparison of the mind to a rotating fan. Even after turning off a fan, the blades continue to rotate for a while due to residual momentum. Similarly, when we begin to withdraw our attention from the mind, thoughts may continue to arise for some time. This residual activity gradually subsides as we persist in our practice. Eventually, the fan blades come to a complete stop. In the same way, with consistent practice, the mind reaches a state of stillness. 💙
