Do I describe it to an photographic art student, an architect, a psychologist who tests my perception, someone who wants to learn the language in which that sign is written, an optician who tests my vision, a poet, someone who might need to repair the window in the bottom left corner- so that the birds stop coming in, etc. Also, is the person to whom I am describing it visually impaired (how would I describe it if I were to speak to a person who was born blind and has a bird phobia?).
