  Some of these triggers were so cool! The sound they made reminded me of either the depths or space ,like the deep sea diving sounds (crazy I know lmao) or the stress ball squeezing, I loved it; though the most effective trigger on me was probably the finger in the white thing at the beggining, along with the simulated hair washing. Great content!
