  I will be in Zagreb Croatia March 27th, through April 3rd, Friday, I have a group your to Ljubljana and Lake Bled Slovenia and a Walking tour for April 2nd, Tursday in Zagreb, Croatia , was thinking about going to the Plitvice Lake, Monday , April 1st, I am 73 years old do you think I will be able to keep up with the tour guide if I make reservations, I really cannot drive there myself, or just have the group your pick me up bring me back to my hotel in Zagreb, and just walk around by myself, I can still walk pretty, good I did have trouble walking up to the Acropolis in Greece, thank you for your advice

  Hello, I would recommend going to Plitvice Lakes. It's such a beautiful park. It's no harder than Acropolis Hill in Athens, maybe even easier. Also, there are boats and trams available for getting around. Overall, the terrain is fairly flat. As you can see in my video, the steepest parts involve descending to the waterfall after entering through entrance 1. But after the paved trail of switchbacks, the walk is gentle. And like most visitors, if you are entering through entrance 1 and exiting out entrance 2, you won't have to make any challenging ascents. Hopefully, that helped. If you have other questions, please feel free to ask. And don't forget to watch the canon fire off in Zagreb from Lotrščak Tower at noon. Enjoy your trip!
