  Your assumptions are correct, there is supposed to be a piece similar to that of caretaker’s. I’d guess 3D printing a new one would be your best bet. I know this video is old, I hope you were able to get it fixed.

  Yeah when I first took him out of the box he looked like that too. I've just had him set up out of the box for a while and with time, the wrinkles start to go away.
