@@IulianP314 Wow, great question! I'll definitely do this. I'm currently working on a video introducing the changes to the 2024 X-Trail and might include a comparison of the two models, highlighting differences such as the X-Trail’s twin glazed windows.
@@IulianP314 A few days ago, a local client came in for a test drive. His main concern was transitioning from a higher than average mileage German vehicle he uses for motorway driving. While we can't record our clients or test drives, I can say he was extremely impressed. We took the Tekna+ e-Power on a 22-mile journey and achieved 48.7 mpg. Feel free to come for a no-obligation test drive. We'd love to have you visit us, and I'm sure your local Nissan dealer would say the same.
This was the client's first time experiencing a vehicle with regen capabilities, so we tested those features for less than a mile. During this time, I also let the client try out the Pro Pilot parking features. I believe with more use of the regen features the mpg could easily have been improved upon, and the customer agreed.
Can you get google maps on the right,drivers hud display?
@@lloydw185 Hi Lloyd, I just want to ensure I understand your question correctly. First of all, Google Maps is integrated into the Qashqai and doesn't require any connection to your mobile device if you're using the built-in unit. It provides turn-by-turn navigation on the windshield projection and a more detailed map on the driver's display (tachometer). Please let me know if I misunderstood anything.

@@lloydw185it’s a simplified turn by turn navigation projected on the windscreen , it does include things like street names and a blue arrow that indicates lane , roundabout and turns. But this is only if you are using the built in google maps from my testing so far.

@@yousefnasser118 Thank you for the subscription. The N-Connecta is definitely on my radar. I can't believe the value this spec offers-it retains many of the features while keeping the 2024 Qashqai competitively priced, even against last-generation competitors.

@@yousefnasser118 The 2024 Qashqai is the first Nissan to offer ProPILOT on a spec level below Tekna. This is great news, especially with the current regulatory changes making autonomous driving more appealing to a larger audience. For a full demonstration, you can visit the dealership, and we can take you out for a test drive.

@@TazBo-wd2ig So, the N-Design features a sporty dark interior, while the Tekna comes with the Warm Umber interior. I need to get a video of the Tekna at night with the ambient lighting. For some reason, the brown leather looks especially good with the lighting signature.
I spent four hours yesterday with a customer who had reservations about the Tekna interior. However, this morning, I had a 30-minute test drive and a 15-minute discussion with another customer, and we've just secured both orders! 🎉 Visit your local dealer to see and feel it for yourself, or come see us, and we'll take good care of you.

@@biagiopascarella4544 the 1.3 mild hybrid is a 4 cylinder. But the 3 cylinder set up does work well in certain circumstances, lighter loads and when another motor or two are powering the wheels come l'e-power

I don't believe you can , the new google built in system can control Climate , seats , settings etc. Hope your enjoying your vehicle, Platinum Premium is that American Rogue Sport?

Fantastic question! I did regret not showing that feature in the last video, but I'm hoping to have an after-dark video up soon where I will be answering that exact question! ... and more ambient lighting.. 💡😊 P.S. Yes, Google built-in appears on the HUD. I'm not sure about connected devices mapping, but we will find out together.

I just got my new 2024 Qashqai (the pre-facelift) a couple of days ago and I was super excited and happy until I saw your video... 😅 I've always thought that the car really could benefit from a better ambient light than the white very subtle one found in the old one and they addressed this now. 😔 Do you think I should have waited for the facelift to arrive her in Egypt knowing that it can take up to 6 months (and might get a price increase) or there's not that much differences and I made the right decision to buy the pre-facelift now? I got the Tekna the highest available trim in Egypt

In my opinion, there are sufficient changes to justify the price increase on every trim level. However, as you mentioned regarding geographic differences, Nissan USA has introduced an impressive facelifted X-Trail (Rogue) with all the tech we discussed in the video. Unfortunately, the UK market is not receiving this update for the X-Trail. Another is that we used to have the Navara in the UK, which was a great seller, but we sold our last one over four years ago. So, I suggest you enjoy your car to the fullest, and I hope you have many worry-free miles with it.
@@Abedo0o0 forgot to mention the pre current models are still holding their ground on appraisals. It may be time to get back in touch with your local dealer and ask if you are getting the update…
If they are same price, why would someone chose ndesign over tekna?
the NDesign is exactly as its name all about design , black two tone roof is standard, 20" alloys, part alcantara interior with Qashqai logo on front seats.
Do the back windows go all the way down? Kids get so annoyed when the windows only go half the way.
One of mine is getting to that age when he wants the window all the way 🔻😔 But the other ones getting to the age where we are glad the windows won’t go all the way down..🆙

Had a NV200 6 speed from new owned 7yrs faultless best van I’ve owned I really think that the Townstar tekna plus with the petrol unit is going to be my next van! 5yr 100,000 mile warranty and breakdown assist just gives peace of mind as I usually buy mine over 5 yrs

Not a L2 that's a L1
Hi Gerard , The Urban Grey does make it look more compact than it actually is and the Silver in the L1 makes it look larger than it is so the comparison didn't really help. The difference in load length between the two vehicles is 420mm this does mean the L2 can load up to 2230mm lengths , e.g. a standard uk interior door height is 1981mm so someone carrying this would require a L2 rather than the L1 version of the van, thank you for your comment and your continued support!
