  Glad you are back, missed your videos on Sunday. Texas has had some bad weather last week. I am in Louisiana we missed some of it. Thank you for sharing your new diet or eating app. I will check it out. Hope your week is less stressful.

  Also a TMJ girly here too. I'm not about paying for the botox that apparently helps but I've learned that avoiding crunchy/chewy foods like bacon/gum has helped with pain. I also recently started going to acupuncture and mentioned the TMJ issue and my therapist placed a few needles for that. I really do feel like it is helping!

  Oh good to know! Thankfully, it doesn’t hurt me so much as it just makes alarming sounds lol. Apparently the procedure to fix it isn’t super invasive but again, it doesn’t bother me to the point I feel like I need to do anything about it … yet!

  Missed ya this week, so I've been watching some of your older content. Enjoyed getting to know you in this Louise, but I have to say this was one of the most familiar, conversational feeling q&a-type videos I've watched! My husband and I love to travel and most places west of the Mississippi are awe-inspiring, but we're partial to the Destin area and the mountains of NC too and go several times a year. I've never felt so full of wonder and connected to our creator as when I'm in nature. Whether walking through the largest, oldest trees in the world (Sequoia National Park), whale watching in Kauai, Hawaii, or making to the top Half Dome (Yosemite National Park), etc. we're blessed with so much to discover in the world. Looking forward to you, Grant, and Remi adventuring and sharing your experience some day. xo

  I was a Dillards girl growing up too-small town USA. Working with brands you love means your hard work is paying off! Grant flexing at the beginning made me giggle. Funny husbands are priceless. Speaking of, mine is coming with me to Austin next month for a conference at JW Marriott, and hearing you talk about the heat like it’s summer is making me think I’m seriously underestimating the heat.   She's back! Love seeing what you get up to during the week. Everyday I have a warm Bragg apple cider vinegar drink to sooth my stomach. It's an acquired taste, but I eased into it by adding fresh squeezed lemon. Now I have it plain, but like anything, it's mind over matter, and for me the benefit outweighs the taste. The past couple of years I've also incorporated more probiotic rich foods from brands like Cleveland Kitchen (sauerkraut and kimchi) and Good Culture (cottage cheese). Just keep paying attention to your body and how you nourish it and you'll figure out what works. Sending prayers for a wonderful week ahead. xo
