I checked the instruction manual and could not find anything meaningful that could solve your problem. I haven't had any issues with my unit but they do have a support site: www.dmofwhi.com/coffee_grinder.html Although there is no phone support, they have e-mail support: [email protected] I ordered my unit from Amazon so I generally just work with them to get a replacement but if that is not something available to you.
