No major problem of ours will be solved until we dismantle the systems of wyte supremacy. They won't allow it . we black men have no power to punish our people for doing evil acts. Wyte supremacy controls Allllllll the resources. You're religion won't work You're dating out won't work. Arguing with black women won't work. We must band together and go for reparations and nothing else. We need resources. Slavery has placed us 200yrs behind

But see - After experiencing slavery as a people we have become connected by skin color only. If you are Black and living in America you automatically seek to be counted among the tribe. However, our people are divided between those who believe and those who do not believe. Period. Black people who believe in God move quite differently from those who do not believe. True power only comes from Allah. Those of us who do not believe in God and conduct ourselves accordingly are powerless. God gives material wealth to everyone. But the true wealth of a healthy life, clean money, healthy family, etc. is reserved for those who believe. The same among the Whites. Every people has their issues and dysfunctions. African American people have a very different history. We have psychological issues and familial issues by virtue of the slavery experience we have been through - and also because of our acceptance of man as God. Many of us have accepted a man as God. Jesus never told us to worship him. He never did. The only hope for us as a people is Islam. We are a people in need of rebuilding. Slavery stripped us bare. We must return to our fitrah. We accepted the slave master as God. Gotta fix that first. Once we get our relationship with God right - everything else will follow.

At certain points in this dialogue it appears that there was pandering to non indigenous Muslims. Pakistanis come here and are still Pakistanis, saudis come here and are saudis, the Senegalese, etc. I took the religion but DID NOT take someone else’s culture. And you appear to be separating yourselves from the “rest of the niggas”.

Here's the logic. These brothers could not save themselves out were saved within the community they left. They read books that were written by other Muslims that had a particular way of thinking and it was passed down as LAW to us as a people who wanted to be Muslim but did not want to stay the course with a man that if these same brothers took the time to also other MUSLIM SCHO;ARS they would understand that the LIMITED knowledge they have is not enough to critique Imam Mohammed. Though some good points were made. Guaranteed these brothers are under a particular school that makes them think they are generically following a line of thinking that makes them independent. I am not berating them I am speaking the truth. The brothers need to read more with a mind following the logic of scripture rather than a mind given to them by Muslim Academics that came from mostly Saudi and Egypt. Most of these brothers, not these two but most of the young Muslim brothers studied in Saudi and is under a particular school of thinking so I didn't even give it most of my attention because they were TAUGHT to think a certain way and try and judge everyone by their school of thinking's AQEEDAH as they call it, not knowing that there are many schools of thinking with their own idea of what AQEEDAH is and how it should be viewed but these brothers were'nt taught that.

Imam W.D Muhammad had made many attempts to move his community toward classical Islam. Many students from his community were sent to Egypt and Syria and other parts of the Muslim world to be educated in the Islamic sciences and Arabic language. There were even attempts made in the very beginning of his leadership by Saudi Arabia; they sent African scholars all over America to teach classical fiqh, Arabic, etc. The problem we faced was not learning islam proper but identity problems. Many african American or black Muslims who went abroad to study came back an Arab. They completely transformed into another ethnic group. As a result, they began to attack the very community that opened up those doors abroad abroad for them. Their impact on us was our exodus from the black community. Shortly afterwards we were viewed as foreign Muslim. Imam WD, Mohammad made it possible for us to study in some of the greatest islamic universities in the world for free because of his great work and love that the Muslim world had for him. And he open up that world for business for his community. Many of us may have forgotten that hajj was free for his community for many years. If it wasn't for the war in Syria, we would be the largest group African American Muslim studying abroad for free. Like Elijah Muhammad, Imam Mohammad and his entire family contribution end up as a footnote in history because so many are ashamed and / or embarrassed to say that my Imam. They gave islam back to the exslave. They brought honor to the African American people and african american Muslims and our ancestors. Great job. Thank you

Some excellent points being made here, particularly regarding our lack of building up our social and economic resources. Imam WD Mohammed (raa) and many others who admired and looked up to him as a leader have developed a concept called New Africa, which encourages Community and Economic development. What we don't want is cultural assimilation.
