  With a Microsoft Sam voice like that its a big missed oppurtunity to give Perceptor a wheelchair and make him paralized or something actually original or interesting.

  Strange, why do I remember I could understand him better when I was a kid. It’s not nostalgia or filter considering I can still remember he sounded like Stephen Hawking, but I remember him sounding less garbled.
