Bullshit. Cauda Equina compression can cause paralysis if left untreated, and that's obviously below the spinal column. I mean, the area below the spinal column is called the Cauda Equina. I had surgery for Cauda Equina syndrome with bladder retention and I'm partially paralyzed. Full paralysis can happen if it's not treated within a certain amount of time after bladder paralysis.

I had no symptoms, I just got sick from getting a tetanus shot, I got the day before and when my blood pressure shot up and I couldn't get it down, I went to the emergency room and they found it on a cat scan, I got lucky, it could be treated with a stent, now it's completely dried up
