Well done, but your dates are off...the Victorian Era began with the Queen's reign in 1837. The reign of EdwardVII ended in 1910.
You are awesome Kirk ❤❤❤❤❤
My mouth is Watering!!!😊
It's actually just real estate groups buying homes so they can rent them out.
Moron!!
Sadly, these homes won’t survive the tech workers who buy them, gut significant features and try to make them appear modern like a newly built condo.
The day I'll believe that the SF bay and the San Pablo Bay are the same Bay as if someone catches a green sturgeon off of a fishing pier in sf
You lost me @0:45 - NOT a Victorian but a quite typical Edwardian Gothic stucco faced house, built in 1915 by well known architect Willis Polk. Popular style right through the 1920s. Originally planned to be the left half of two houses, the second was never built.
Any time you can get a discount of 1m you are talking out of my price range.😊
you spent a lot of time to do this and it was a great highlight, Great job!
Hey Eric, thanks for the overview. Nicely done. FYI- Mt.Davidson is the highest peak in San Francisco.
Hilda and Jesse Open 2021 and immediately went downhill the same year.
That Bobby Womack 🔥, ok they redid that one from Bobby 😊
WTH, there is so much info packed here. 👏
Ya, it's a big overwhelming but I felt it important to put it all out there for first time home buyers.
Outstanding Information!
Thanks!

Why American houses r named after British monarchs?
like most petulant children who want their freedom, they regret it and wish they could move back home but are too proud to admit they were wrong.
Just describing the era--and influences--popular in architecture of the time.
As a hopefully future tourist, this is a wonderful picture of SF. I appreciate the work you put into this creative, entertaining, and informative video! Sorry, but I'll neve be able to afford to be a client of yours. Oh, well....
Beautiful 🏡✨️
The housing market is already so high 🫣. Cabin we bought in 2016 for 45k (turn key) in now worth 137k without making any changes. Home we bought in 2013 for 74,500 we just sold in 2023 for 215,000 with minor changes. It’s nuts. Thankful that we had a second house to move into when we sold because I couldn’t imagine buying with the current prices and interest rates. My current monthly payment is $438 a month including mortgage taxes and insurance at 3% interest. That’s unheard of anymore for a 3 bedroom 2 car garage home in a nice area
me when i lose my nice teachers:
Love it!
😂😂 lucu bangeeet
😢😢😢
What about Rented apartments? What’s the price range for 1 bedroom apartment?
It’s hilarious how you short bus riders learned nothing about 2008. Bubbles ALWAYS pop. Enjoy unemployment and homelessness.
how will housing prices go up? yeah they might go up, who is buying them though? lol

Villa Terrace :-)
This house took my breath away!
Great video, you are right in all your points. It is a very nice part of the city.
Yeah but then I’d still have to live in San Francisco…pass
Where?

No thanks

This needs some popcorn ceilings.
1970s: “let’s put in a drop ceiling and some burnt orange shag carpet. Also, paint EVERYTHING white!”
One thing I don't understand for historic value is how many homes and buildings were torn down and replaced with new development which is sad.
It's not really possible in SF unless the home is beyond repair.
Not anything in the green area
Didn't realise Tyson Fury was a movie buff
But the building is falling down!
Hi I live in the country side and I just arrived to the Bay Area SF with my 2 kids and will be staying for 2 weeks I’ve been craving smash burgers like crazy, I keep seeing on KZread but I don’t know where to find them, I would really really appreciate if you could recommend somewhere to go. Thank you!!
Causewells is my fav smash burger in SF. Perry’s is my favorite burger in SF
@@eriktherealtor thank you so much, I’ll definitely check them out next month when I revisit SF
No Zombies 😮
That doorway is going to be hell to bring a couch or bed in
Kitchen looking dated AF.
The number of condo's available makes only sense when you can compare it to the number condos available one year ago.
I’d be surprised if San Francisco even has a permitting process being u can just poop all over the city and nothing will be done about it Literally the sh#thole capital of the world
VERY knowledgeable a presentation. A very little talked-about area. But had to freeze-frame bout 50x to enjoy each panorama u just tease-showed. Suggest do a similar on St Francis Wood or Sea Cliff. Similar Blue Sky days only. KEEP ON THE OFF-BEATEN PATH ; those are the best ones. 🇫🇮
