I got put on a long waiting list by an obgyn and others wouldn’t see me since my insurance expired and we’re charging $200 so I just followed these tips and I’m honestly surprised how easily I took it out. It didn’t hurt for me to have it inserted and it didn’t hurt to remove it either. I’m fortunate it was easy for me. I’ve been wanting it out for a while now. I had blue eyes as a baby. As a younger person, I had hazel and then brown. I've been cleansing off and on for years now, and I'm seeing lots of blue/green coming through. I can also see that the brown left is an ugly orange brown in comparison. There are dark spots, too. I've decided to keep going and not stop this time. Maybe I will go raw vegan again.

I realize this video is several years old, but maybe someone will find this like I did. I used tretinoin for acne about 40 ago, and I was also put on tetracycline (cycle on/off teo weeks at a time). Left me with super clear skin, no acne scars due to cystic acne. I tried tretinoin again, at 42 years old, and did not know how to really use this at my age. I put it on every night, and it created two patches of dry skin on my cheeks that felt like hard, worn leather. I stopped using it, and it took a long time for my skin to heal. At 55, I began using tretinoin again. This time, my pharmacist instructed me to mix it with moisturizer. Dr. Dray says using it that way will not give you even distribution. So what I do now is moisturize after washing my face, let that absorb, apply tretinoin, let that absorb, and I put on Cerave Healing Ointment. The method I used for all this has kept my face from being dry (btw, I have oily skin), and yes, I use tretinoin under my eyes. I am currently using .025 tretinoin.

Fasting and fruits is the way to go for cleansing the body! It also awakens the soul. That's why I don't like to eat. I also don't like the sensation unless it's something like mashed potatoes, pasta or cheese. As I do believe fruits are best, because they are, I just don't really like to eat them. But I love juices and smoothies! On the breatharian path here. 🤍 My eyes are turning blue from green.

cloud green is more visible, i have both lenses and prefer the cloud green more because cloud moss barely changed my eye color my mom couldnt even notice a change (i have naturally light brown eyes)

And yes, I megadose. But I won't say how much. So, yes, there are real people in this world who use gaba and taurine too and they work for us.

I’m so glad I came across your video! It took me a few tries to get the strings since they kept slipping and hiding, 😑 but I was able to do it! I felt a constant relieve when it came out, and oh my gosh can I just say it was painless! And the bleeding was a few drops. Compare to getting it out at a clinic, pain and heavy blood afterwards.😭 thank you so much!
