    Very nice mods you’ve done there. I really like what you’ve done with your XE. I want to install those slash cut pipes on my XE, but, wow,how loud they are! Are they any cooler to the touch than the stock pipes? If so, the cooler temperature, and the lighter weight might justify the louder pipes. All in all, though, Triumph have created a masterpiece with this bike.

    I have a 2022 Bonneville T-120 , I am hoping those Motone pipes will work on it. I love the pea shooters, but they have to be removed to adjust chain, I dont like that about the bike.

  • @PaulBilton
    @PaulBilton7 ай бұрын

    The t120 is a fantastic bike (I’m thinking about getting one!). If you check the frame bracket placement between the two bikes, this exhaust might fit. However the pea shooters can remain removed, they don’t really do anything apart from sound etc With that in mind you could consider the “MOTONE "JUPITER-2" EXHAUST TIP” option for a finished look. Just an idea

    DEFINITELY remove the Cat like you said. (and add the Booster plug) Best thing you can do for performance and engine longevity. I have an SS 900 and kept the stock cans. I really like the look of the BC slash-cuts but I wish to preserve the ability to carry a passenger of female design. It's not too loud, it's just right. Stock cans are strait through also with only a slight restrictor.

    Hi, great vid nice bike. The way to get rid of the sticker marks is to use a product called meticulous matt by chemical guys!... l use it on my matt paint and l had same problem until l used this stuff its brilliant and it will remove the marks. Spray on micro fibre cloth them dab on the tank..all over then let dry...it will dry matt and wont put a shine on your paint...do that a few times and the marks will go. Also protect against uv from sun. Really is the best. Hope this helps. Oh by the way where did you get union jack cover? Thanks

    I’m familiar with this junction, it’s Pilgrims way between Biggin Hill & Westerham, I have seen many incidents here, cyclists shooting across from one side of Pilgrims way to the other without a lot of observation or care is usually the big one, in any event the female in the car was 100% at fault here, Firstly as she was making a turn out of the junction so priority goes to opposing vehicles heading straight across, secondly she fails to signal her intention to turn right, next she fails to make proper observations to her right as she turns waving at the car to her left and ignoring you THE OBVIOUS HAZARD in front of her, and finally the latest version of the Highway Code shows the heirachy of vulnerable road users, as she is in a car she is less vulnerable than horse riders, cyclists and bikers, therefore she should again give you priority, needless to say you were lucky here, a wise o;d biker once told me to “ride as if most people on the road cant see you and the few that can deliberately want to kill you” great advice

    This may be the case where you live but this is Kent, England, the “I got to the stop line first so I go first” is an Americanism that doesn’t apply. Motorcylists are more vulnerable than cars so they have priority in a case like this, also, the car was turning right (without signalling or making observations to her right apparently) and as the bike was headed straight ahead without turning this also gave him the priority
