I’ve had a stroke it’s a difficult thing to overcome. So congratulations to Nicko for getting back to his normal self. I still struggle to use my left arm and hand, but I will never give up hope that it will come back. 👍I wish I could do a thumbs up with my stroke hand 😂😂

Had the pleasure of meeting Nicko a few weeks prior to this posting. He spoke of his stroke and his road back to recovery openly. He's very grateful to his lord as well as his recovery team. He played a great show. I thanked him for being a major part of the soundtrack of my life. All the best to him and his medical staff. Iron Maiden Forever !! 🤘

Borax is safe. It’s not meant to be eaten, but it can be put in your eyes. It’s in contact solution.

I drank it for a year. I had no symptoms. I don't know what it did, but I didn't take it by the cup, or even the tablespoon. My observation is fear is a powerful tool of control. Stay away from Tide pods. But there are people who claim to be experts but they don't cure anything.

The first one is probably a bad choice... you need to consider that a non musician has to be able to pick out and/or remember the beat in an emergency situation. I have seen how that (doesn't) work in high school dance class... "find the 3/4 for the walz" is a game many a student lost as soon as there was even the slightest bit of creative percussion beyond tik tok tok tik tok tok PS: the 2nd and 3rd are probably the most amateur friendly out of this bunch, 3 and 4 are decent but 1 is a no no, no matter the bpm

Long live Nicko Mcbrain. I saw Nicko with Maiden in June 23 at Leeds and Dublin UK. I had no idea he had a stroke until later that year. The performance to me was the same.

I'm 57 and I can't do all the things I could do back in the '80s either - lol. But regardless, I hope you can get back to your former glory. If not, we'll take you as you are good buddy. One of the best drummers I've ever seen play live, incredible energy, rhythm, and flow. A true supergroup of master musicians. Cmon Niko! Eddie can't win now!, you got tours to do! 🤘🥁

I am not a med. professional, just a man. I would use borax as a soap, additive to make slime, booster for laundry and things like that! I would never ingest it internally for any reason!

Ngl, I probably have close to 500mg of caffeine a day to manage my headaches and that's one of the many reasons I don't want to ever get pregnant
