Nice vid. Really like that you're getting a bit more into the details. A question, if I may...Personally, I'm down $2000 on native ads, and simply can't seem to turn anything profitable. I've spent around 4300 and made 2300, something like that. So I have made sales. The problem is, that nothing makes any sense. David would say "students expect it to be like a science", well, yeah! There's got to be SOME guarantee that what I'm doing, I can replicate. In natives (in my experience): -ICTRs change from one day to another (even turning off the campaign during night time and turning it on back again, affects the campaign). If you get spammed with clicks from a crap widget, it screws up the ictr completely. -Landing page ctrs go from 30 to 15% from one day to another (I've never had it go over 40%) and at 15% you KNOW you can start saying goodbye to any profit you might have made. -You've made 6 sales on a widget, whitelist it, and start another campaign with it. The result? you might not get any sales from that widget ever again. -There are a TON of garbage widgets and websites on revcontent, and unless you're actually willing to spend 15,000 to "test it out" you have to be looking at the campaign all the time, in case you suddenly get 120 clicks on a widget with over 8000% CTR and 1 ad view or whatever (and no, I'm not bidding 10 cents on widgets). -Revcontent doesn't give you whitelists (as they kindly informed me today) and using spytools for whitelist widgets, can also be a trap. So I guess my question is...if I don't have 15,000 usd to leave my campaign running 24/7 BEFORE changing ANY thing, like you've done in the course....what chance does someone like me really have? In the course, you spent 15k to make 14k and THEN you saw which widget to turn off, which landing to keep, etc. Sorry for the long text 😬
