  Its paint 3d you need to have a pc to have it its not an game its an drawing app and even its not even for drawing its for work but you can play with it but if i was you i would recomend Hoi4 to have war games or if you don't want to pay go to an other drawing app or just use Paint 3d But yea just use something else then paint 3d
