Congratulations 💗💗💗💗Beautiful Baby Girl Avery, she looks like a Baby Doll.💗💗💗
I can’t believe I watching your first year of med school now that you are already a doctor
This made me feel so much better! Thank you! ❤
Aww congrats she's cute.
Congratulations!!
She been out for 16 weeks though that’s not bad most women get 4 weeks maybe 4-6 weeks
Love this blog and love seeing the authentic journey of a working professional and a mom you give me so much hope and in so inspiring! Thank you for taking us along this journey with you!! Sending you so much prayer and strength as you go through this process
Watching this makes me think of how much I do not miss pumping life! But you are right it’s doable just takes a lot out of you. It’s worth it for your sweet baby also. Welcome to the working mom club!
She’s adorable !
Welcome back Precious, congrats on the birth of baby girl. Another great milestone.🎉
I went back to work at the same stage as you. I missed my baby so much. It's definitely an adjustment but you seem to have a great system :)
You’re doing great! ❤❤
Thank you!
Cute baby girl. Love the working mom life vlog!
Baby girl is beautiful!!!!!
Your daughter is the cutest and so alert. Good luck with your work/life balance.
So happy for you! I just finished exclusively pumping for 1 year. It was a lot lol Try to eat while you pump. I always had a coconut water or peanut butter sandwich in my hand while I pumped. Also, once she hits the 6 month mark, I would supplement with formula.
Wow exclusively pumping is no joke! Well done on making it to 1 year. Yeah I’m going to start coordinating lunch with pumping.
Ms Avery is smart already with all of that chatting😊 Congratulations on securing that new job. Reduced commute time will be so refreshing. Wishing Stanley the happiest first Father’s Day 🎉🖤
congrats! she is precious
I don't think anyone is 'forced' to go back but the bills make u get up and do what u gotta. Congrats on the new baby.
Congrats to you!!! I am a med student and I am planning to buy an ipad but I dont know which storage should I pick 128 Gb or 256 Gb please I need some advice from you guys. Thank you for your help.
Hi, probably just choose based on your needs and how much space you anticipate you’ll need.
@@WhiteCoatChronicles Thanks for your reply, but as à newbee I have no idea what's space I will need.
@@jeanalain1276 is the iPad school related and for taking notes? For my school laptop I mainly just took notes on it, and saved the PowerPoints. So id probably go with 128 gb.
What a little cutie!!!🎉🎉🎉
Please try to get your calories in while working! You burn a TON working in the ER. I got way too thin and developed cellulitis when nursing. I now know that I probably wasn't eating enough... especially protein. I'd never had cellulitis before then (or after). Also, I regret not supplementing once in a while with some formula. I would have mixed them together. Congratulations on the new job!
Us in Namibia it’s 12 weeks maximum. So if you have a preterm baby who will be in NICU or so, you still get the same amount of weeks. Most people then opt to go to work and resume leave when their babies get home.
She is so pretty congratulations
Happy 1st Father’s Day to Stanley. Baby girl is adorable, congratulations
Aww look at her chilling and watching tv she is super alert she is so adorable Doc
I clicked too fast 💨
Thanks for watching!
One day I hope that maternal and paternal leave (along with so much more…) reaches parity internationally. I really commend you as 16weeks seems like a blink compared to UK maternal leave which is 39weeks (paternity leave here is 2weeks). Look at Avery she’s gorgeous! I love that she was giving you the low down of her day cooing and chatting up a storm, soo cute! ☺️ Congrats on the new gig, hopefully the reduced commute will pay off in more “home time etc”. Thank you for sharing. Wishing you the best. ❤
Yes, the US has a long way to go when it comes to parental leave. Way more time is needed. Avery is so chatty haha
She is adorable. God bless
American maternity leave is horrendous! Wow how are you back at work already?😮 In the uk it’s 1 year and you can extend to 15 months depending on your company! I hope it goes smoothly for you, take it easy🙏🏾💗
Yes, the US has a looong way to go when it comes to parental leave.
Welcome to America! Our vacation time sucks too. 😞
A whole year???!!! South Africa is also only 4 months... you can extend to 6 months. I would get pregnant every year 😂
@@boneetseseilane7397 yes a whole year😂😂I’m a nurse too and most of my colleagues come back from Marburg leave PREGNANT again, there just there for 4 months and leave for another year😆 it’s really good if you want to have kids back to back. But yes uk is very supportive of pregnancy and birthing. I hope the whole world gets better because the birth rate is dropping Aktion the whole world and if they want is women to both humans they need to give us an incentive💰💰💸 Like 10k and a house with all baby supplies ready for a whole year and nursery/kindergarten for free that would be a dream😍😍
@@boneetseseilane7397 Germany used to pay its mothers to stay home the first year or so. I'm not sure if that's happening still.
I’ve never clicked so fast in my life 😂. This made my Friday night 😄!
Haha thanks for watching!
