  1600 sq ft is not a tiny house. My in-laws live in a tract home less than 1500 sq ft. It's just a smaller home. Tiny homes are on average around 400 sq ft.

  It's the way the camera moves through the house. Very difficult to see. Watch some other companies and learn to do better

  I like this one very much, especially that there are two bedrooms in such a small square footage. If I were to build it, I'd make a couple of changes: instead of a table in the kitchen, I'd have a breakfast bar separating the kitchen and living room, and a washer and dryer underneath, facing the kitchen but invisible from the living room. I'd get rid of the outdoor laundry, and use that space to make the kitchen a little bigger, maybe have a screened porch for outdoor dining. Otherwise, this one is perfect.
