  Thank you for the information it was very helpful. I have changed a steering column on a 2002 F150 it will not crank. On the dashboard it reads Theft and then goes away. Will I need the ECM

  it appears to be plug and play. it's necessary for using the Bluetooth feature of the radio whether you use the onstar system or not.

  @cesarfernandez6641 i don't know if it's a straight swap or if it needs programmed at all but if the numbers are the same I don't see why it wouldn't work right away

  I am ordering one soon. My truck started acting up about 2 months ago... defroster wouldn't turn on right. had to play with the touch screen about 5 times to get it to work. Next a few weeks later the air would only come out of the floor vents...no panel,,and no defrost. I got 2 new actuator motors, replaced them behind the dash. Turned the truck on FIXED !! for ONE time.. It literally worked perfect, i let the truck run, let the auto A/C do its thing.. ran it for 15 minutes, and i was smiling, until i shut it off and went to drive it an hour later. and i was right back to where i started. Then over the next few weeks it would randomly work fine like once a week, SO i knew the actuators WERE working. Today i disconnected the AC control module, and the battery. FIXED !! for ONE time again. Then back to the same broken, only on the floor. SO this time i pulled the glove box out, disconnected ONLY the A/C control for 2 minutes, plugged it back and FIXED again. SO i feel pretty strongly that i narrowed down the issue. its the control module.

  I am going to replace this on my 2008 Nissan Versa Hatchback. The reason why I am replacing it is because the front wipers have been malfunctioning and I think this should be the issue. Edit: I got one off eBay and changed it myself, but the car would not turn on. I had to put the old one back. Any fix?

  How do you prevent the steering wheel from locking? Do you think it would be safe to release the two access points while the vehicle is on? Then disconnect the battery before disconnecting the wire harness?

  yes, you could do that without issue, just ensure the bag doesn't pop out too far and dangle from the wires

  Isn’t there a plastic holder at the bottom of the left and right seat belt cover sides behind the seat ? They are a pain to get loose with the seat in place on my 2006…

  Good video, thank you. When the PATS unit goes bad, what are the symptoms? Because I'm not getting anything, when I turn the key, no dash lights, nothing. The only thing that moves is the oil pressure gauge. (2002 Ford Ranger)

  I have a 2024 Kia Sorrento and it has the basic dumb rearview mirror. I would love if you or anyone could tell me if the plugs for the mirror are just inside the headliner or do I actually have to wire it I keep getting conflicting answers it would be awesome to see a video.

  Thank you so much for posting this video! Daughters 2021 Sportage started delaminating down the right side Kia forums. I’ll say this is a pretty common thing yet the dealership still charges almost 2 grand do what you just did in 10 minutes! This is awesome thank you so much for doing this.

  I have a 2016 Ram Promaster 2500 and the airbags have deployed before from original owner, but everything got replaced but steering wheel airbag. I am aware of it having no steering wheel airbag, but my only concern is the horn isn't working! Would it be because I have no steering wheel airbag in? Or maybe the connectors arent plugged into the wheel airbag, so there is no power to the horn button, etc? I heard that could be the problem, but I've never looked into it! But the fuses and everything are working! No burnt fuse and I used a multi meter to test! Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

  I just want to get the silver trim piece off so I can cover with vinyl 😭...... this is def making me rethink if it's even worth it 😒..... but my OCD is going to keep whispering "yes" so it can match what i've already done 🤦🏾‍♀️ 😂

  My radio in 2013 Buick enclave comes on and play but it makes a lot of noise noise with it on or turn off with the power still on or when I make a turn with signal light it makes noise as well so I don’t no if that would be the issues with the amplifier

  it very well could. if you unplug the amplifier I think it doesn't produce any sound at all through the speakers. I'd try that first to rule anything else out
