  Rob Watts said himself that he travels with the hugo 2 and mscaler on flights hahah imagine sitting next to him taking up the little dinner tray with all his audio gear . So funny man . I love Chord products , the sound from the TT2 is holographic and so detailed . Bass is presented in such a way that its full and thick but you also can pull the textures out of the bass.

  Please take the time to pronounce Hifiman names properly. They use Sanskrit Hindu religious words to name their products. It’s really weird that people in the hobby will take the time to pronounce words properly from brands using words from European languages but will absolutely butcher Hifiman’s borrowed Sanskrit language and not care AT ALL. Susvara, Ananda, etc are all said differently from what reviewers say.

  I know many Indians who don't know how to pronounce English words here in London. They add their own pronunciation butchering English words. This goes both ways, Indians do it too without a care. And they speak their own language loud when you are with them like they are talking about you. That is rude.

  Sus U is an easy opportunity for a third party to make a cover that has a grill and thin cloth to stay on the headphone and not alter the sound too much.

  yes Sus UV, is very much easy to drive, with l&P p6 pro sounds better than a lot of setups at seven K with Sus OG. See you guys next week ConvinceMeAudio

  Just traded up to Susvara from HE1000SE. Finally understand what all the reviews mean by sounding the most natural. It's pretty stunning and once you hear it you can't unhear it. Going to enjoy for a while. But so glad I now have an upgrade path that isn't the Shangri-La senior as that one is currently out of my price range. Really looking forward to reviews of the new Susara Unveiled and what elevation it brings to the legendary Susvara sound.

  With some brands and models having such a large circumaular size, why hasn't a coaxial system appeared? With a woofer dedicated to one way and centered on the same axis as the treble driver with its also dedicated way. ¿? Positive and negative wire for each component, either to an external passive crossover or some DSP and amplification combo proposal.

  First of all I want to spend more time with the Austrian Audio the Composer, I really like it when I heard it before. Also the Empyrean 2, Focal Hadenys, and hopefully I can find the old AKG K812 and Sony Z1R and Sony MV1. I like open back full size easy to drive headphones now.​@@ElNINETEENTH

  Really wish they kept the sprung earcups of their other models. Its a small thing but having their cups angled nicely every time you hang them up was a nice touch. Tiny gripe aside I'll be grabbing the Hadenys for sure.

  Always enjoy your first looks, Jude! My Focal Bathys and Clear MGs are my pairs of choice on the go and home. Very interesting that Focal is releasing these at an awesome price point. I guess they will compete primarily with the Sennheiser HD6xx line?

  Based on price, I don't think that's an unfair assertion (what you said about the Sennheiser HD6XX line). That is, I think someone considering any of the Sennheiser HD6XX headphones should also audition these (especially the open-back Hadenys).

  The only Focals I kinda liked were the Clear MG. Unless these new cans don't have that Focal metallic sound, I will likely pass.

  I had a pair of Focal Clears and they were my favorite headphones of all time... but.. the headband got disgustingly dirty, was impossible to clean, and also impossible to replace. Such amazing headphones but such an awful design flaw to me :(
