To Arnoux's credit, his entire career has been on turbo only. Whether it was the yellow teapots of the Renaults, the turbo powered Ferrari, and the turbo powered Ligier until turbos were banned for 1989. But Hunt's commentary is still gold.

It's very clear that René Arnoux was right, just look at his previous seasons where he had a turbo charged car, he was quick and in front. James Hunt was just being a dick as always

For real if James Hunt was still alive and commentating on F1 and going on about how mind numbingly boring and predictable it has become, I might actually still watch it a bit just for him. I hate how safe commentary has become these days. Imagine him commentating on the Abu Dhabi 2021 farce.

completely agree with hunt here, turbo cars, especially of the era, were always at a disadvantage to the na cars on street circuits

My grandad knew James Hunt and had nothing but nice things to say about the man, interestingly enough though my grandad to this day still isn’t into formula one.
