I was in love with this vehicle the first time I saw it in the movie... Surely... SURELY... some one could realease a scale model of it.... Or at least... A full set of blueprint for the scratrch builders with the skill to do so.... Simply magnificent machine.....

This is such a beautifully designed car. I love the lines. With a shorter body, smaller engine and 4 wheels, this would be a very desirable car to drive on the weekends.

This is absolutely the most beautiful car I have ever seen. I love that it has a lot similar to the 1938 Mercedes Benz G4, but it is so sleek and intimidating. It is absolutely a beautiful sight to behold. I wish I had that car. So beautiful.

I could see two straight-six motors side by side with a common gear train, rather like some tanks used twin Cadillac V-8 engines. In the late 1930 Mercedes had some six-wheel cars for the Whermacht/German motor pool. Have exhaust outputs run through a small stack system, with turbos for some sound control and extra power. The main exhaust could exit beneath the car, with the exposed stacks used for less back pressure under high power demand...rather like the pipes used on Bonneville salt flats cars. Pull a lever to work the shift from open to stealth. Change the suspension to allow a steerable rear end. I presume the original has a fairly primitive soild-axle suspension setup, that could be improved for tracking...I'd love to get a good look at it.

FYI: the real life counterpart of this car is the Mercedes-Benz W31, a 6x4 behemoth powered by a 5 liter straight 8 engine built for the high ranking officials of the Wehrmacht. Of course it lacks some of the "glamour" that this one has, but it is very imposing in it's own right.
