  When you say "swap gadget" could you be more specific because I first thought you were talking about Larry's other gadget 😅. Also here is an idea: Does Angelo poison reduce healing because I noticed that it applys the red effect that symbolizes the brawler's healing is reduced.

  here's the explanation: in programming, there's a fundamental type called 'int', which is only for integer numbers, it cant be a number with decimals, and there's another fundamental type called float, which this actually can store numbers with decimals, but we cant do arithmetic operations between ints and floats, since the health and the damage are integers the number 0.5 automatically becomes 0 so yeah you can actually recover 0 health
