Excelente. Gracias
To see this is simply amazing. I remember seeing one of these, possibly even this one, on the hard at "Allington Lock" on the River Medway in Kent. I loved it and wanted to buy it, but did`nt have any money and did`nt know who to ask, etc etc, so did`nt follow it up. It was all white, and needed a bit of work. I often wonder whether it survuved the ravages of time. I`ve often searched the internet for information on the Dolphin 16 fwd drv, but nothing came up, so to see this is absolutely wonderful. Do you know what happened to it?.
❤❤❤
Bargain and easy to drive
Dream car 😊
I had one same as that color as well best car I've had
Hello Gatekeepers. One of these, a 3-door version, was my first car. The carburetor with automatic choke was a mess and you can barely reach the distributor under the intake stuff. These probs resulted in bad cold start performance. I upgraded to the facelift model with a 1.4 injection which runs a lot better, cause this was a brand new car (last production year). Nice to see such a thing here in this video.
Town & Country was the hallmark of Chrysler in that day. Pricey but good.
Ma786sai Dua Absolutely lovely looking truly Spirit. Somehow in a two-tone they look yet more elegant. Mine is an early 1981, Mark 1 Spirit in a single colour. In fact very few came in two-tone. I’m deeply contemplating getting the lower half redone so that she has a two-tone livery. Mine is a pale champagne gold. So the lower half in a very deep Bordeaux/burgundy would look lovely. I believe in two-tone she does look much longer. God bless always
Which siren model does this one have? Haztec siren or sterling siren?
1961 was an A plate wasn’t it?
Guide price please
Stunning car, what did it sell for?
My old shed
That fine car can be restored to full function and charm. You can't go wrong. Chrysler did it!
Sold for £22,250
What colour are the seats?
Difficult to tell but it looks like that a heater has been installed or a water pump arrangement. Both possibilities of which would have been retro fitted.
My first car was one of these, £2250 in 1990, l really miss that Car.
1995
Sounds like a cement mixer! She‘s going to need a lot of work to bring her back!😕😬
A lot, lot of work !
Engine Sounded rough lovely car otherwise
Would of been if you drove it to hear it but funny thing was I was just on ebay looking at this I thought let's have a look on yt to see what there like and it's here lool
This was my car there is a suspension fault Rear offside height sensor is and the rear shocks at the back don’t work, it had a Bosch s2 battery in its as-well as the radio not working. 😂
Supplied new by Sandicliffe Nottingham, nice driver condition,VBH liked it .Good to see it has survived.
Oyster over Mushroom is the colour
It’s not an Essex engine, it’s a Cologne
SHOCKING ENGINE NOISE!! Still, even from the earlier V8's they were the same, once warm though they do quieten down quite well. It's just a characteristic of the car. In all, a lovely car. I'd love this one as a daily drive (but there'd be a few questions asked at the office! Hmmmmm.).
nice but.... not a '75, maybe a 79/80?
It's had conversion as the presenter says. My limited knowledge says rear lights are later model but heater controls and switchgear, 4 speed box, bonnet mirrors and bumper end caps all point to 1975.

Beautiful colour!

This Capri was featured in Fifth Gear many years ago. There's a video of it on KZread being driven by the legendary Vicki Butler Henderson. It's nice to see the car is still around. Also the half leather Recaro seats are standard on a 2.8i special. 👍
I had one just like this colour, a 1982 model with 385k miles on it. ( Read from its odometer)White walled tyres all round and it just fires up each and every time...its engine is bullet proof, at least on mine...
🤗❤️👍
Imagine the money this cost new and the people that went in this that could afford it
You rarely see early ones like this, I have a '94 GT
My favourite car ever in the metallic blue colour ❤
Nice try. But it’s “Midnight” blue. 😂
Ineos grenadier the best
How much is it going for
A pity its got a trany engine. At 96. 000 miles about done
Possibly one of the finest cars ever conceived. A vehicle with total comfort and quite speedy for a luxury car with a 0-60 in just over 6 seconds and well over 150 mph. Reliability in a class of its own. Will still be going strong when all the other luxury aspirers will have fallen apart.
I believe that one similar recently sold for £102,000 at Auction
make me laugh body work least of you problems engine and box is the clincher
Nice sharing
I got £94 for my maestro diesel at auction next time I’m selling on exchange & mart
