  At first I thought it was just to refill the health but by Unit 8, that's when I realized that it permanently adds 1 HP every use besides the health refill.

  @Walk-A-Ham Adrenaline here works the same as in the original game. You just lost a decent amount of permanent hp. The most health you can have in the game is 142

  Hey. I have latest patch and still missing one enemy in Waterfront Storage. Any suggestions?

  The latest patch fixed the missing enemy that was located in the right ramp after returning from Logistics Complex. It's a shotgun guard. If that's not the missing enemy, you can also the check the window on the rightmost part of the map (from the very start of the level) where sometimes, one of the flyer may not show up but is spawned there in the window. Just lobbed a grenade there. If you start the game after updating it and your starting location is after your first visit to waterfront storage, then the shotgun guard mentioned above may not spawn at all. Only thing to do is to restart the whole unit (or if you have a save from the start of waterfront storage, load that one in). You could also go through the entire map to check through everything (especially the crate maze) or noclip to thoroughly check. Hopefully some of these may help.
