  How can you be still for those unending minutes and breathe without moving? That was my problem, so I practised breathing through the nose and trying not to move. Luckily I thought of this before and could prepare. (Nobody said anything about how to do it, and it wasn't easy). I also found that concentrating on a mental task took my mind off the whole thing for some instances off and on. Thank you for your story, it ressonates. Yes it can be like that.

  NIH clinical studies: ESR1 mutations are common aquired with poor outcomes from hormone blockers. Up to 50% risk factor. The doctors do not inform you of this risk of a secondary untreatable cancer as a result of these meds....😢 😂

  Thank you for sharing your journey and honest feelings! 💕 I was diagnosed with triple positive breast cancer (HER2+, ER+, PR+) in July 2023. I completed 6 rounds of chemo in January 2024, had double mastectomy with tissue expanders placed until radiation is completed. I will finally begin radiation in 2 weeks (25 rounds). Then, I will have to take a hormone blocker pill for 5-10 years. God will NEVER put more on us than we can bear, although we may not understand. PSALMS 91 ALL THE WAY!!!

  Thank you for sharing your experience. I've had a really hard time post-surgery and through radiation feeling like any pain, problems, and questions I've had were just me being difficult. I'm happy for others who have had fewer problems and a supportive staff, but it helps to not feel alone hearing that you're journey has not been the "easy" one my doctor insisted it would be. I get not wanting to scare patients but real preparation is better imo. Then if you do have a smooth path, you can congratulate yourself on your awesomeness and luck. And if your path isn't smooth, the problem is the path, not you, and you're allowed to struggle with it. So again, THANK YOU for sharing. I have just 3 more treatments and after another hard day yesterday, I really didn't know if I could go back and finish. I'm so thankful I found your video. I'm really going to try. 3 more! I can do this! It's ok it's not easy.

  Not wanting to warn people, so as not to scare them, isn't that called gaslighting. I try to confide in them, but am often skeptical hearing the explanations, which do not pan out as predicted. But it's better to listen, because some aspects might be true. This chat here is really eye opening. Good luck to all.
