  May be your pan (Tawa) was thin ,so got burnt sorry for your loss 🥺 Also keep the flame low If your pan is thin, then 2 minutes preheat and 2 mins cooking is enough in low flame Hope this helps

  I have used unsalted butter but in the ingredients list i have mentioned as clarified butter (Ghee) ..Best is to use Ghee overall in this recipe ..But if you are not a fan of ghee then you can use butter ..But Ghee will be more Tastier ❤

  TBH,saffola itself provides extremely good quality food product. In every packet,they use healthy saffola rice bran oil instead of cheap palmolein oil. Further,oodles is alot more healthier as compared to other noodle brands❤
