Do you think that you could find the book The World of Richard Scarry A Big Operation and do a read-along video? 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
You are a sweetie pie. Thank you so much!
Put the bowl on its side and it fits perfectly 👍
The bowl is round, all sides are equal. And the fact that 5 people agreed 😂
@@dodo2982The diameter is greater than the height of the bowl. So it will fit if the bowl opening is facing the front or back of the cabinet, but it won't fit if the bowl opening is facing the top or bottom of the cabinet.
Thank you
Lovely!
Thank you so much!
or just a scale to measure how much flour you need, since flour is not volume consistent (it can be compressed or not) it means you can have different amounts of flour in the same volume container, so its easier to just measure by weight
That's so mich more complicated and far less precise than just using a scale.. I don't get it
"Cooking is an exact science, and every ingredient has to be precisely measured." Says my mother while pouring an ingredient directly from its container to the mixing bowl.
My measuring cup is a scale that shows the actual weight so it's actually accurate.
Thank you for this video, it’s really useful for using American recipes, which I sometimes do, but the measuring cups and spoons I can buy here I feel are not exactly US standard sizes. Most European recipes list the flour in grams, which is more clear, but I don’t yet have a kitchen scale (don’t bake enough for wanting to buy one); and I’ve seen some recipes in cups and spoons but they mostly mean using an actual tablespoon, or a regular 250 ml cup, so not standard sizes, but even then it’s not really intuitive because so many people are used to making recipes by just eyeballing it to the right consistency, even simpler cakes.
Get a digital scale and check the bag's weight per cup - here in Canada because we have harder wheat it's 120g per cup and the protein amount is about halfway between American all purpose and bread flour.
This. That method is fine for home-ec but still a really imprecise measurement. You're better off with a scale if you need things to be fine. They call these methods "in a pinch" for a reason
This Canadian (MB) who bakes weekly has never heard of this and I’ve always measured a cup of flour normally without a scale.
@@dustbunny4527 Whatever works! Digital scales give both accuracy (repeatable) and precision (exact) and they're about 10 bucks now It's also how some people are checking to make sure Loblaws owned stores aren't shorting them like saying something is 700g when it's actuall 640g _including the package_
That measuring cup is vintage Tupperware, the best!
