  I am here crying so much! So happy you got to experience vaginal birth. I was told to only have csection after my second because I had an infection with both. Someone in a group told me that was from all the cervical checks but I’m not sure. My first the infection was coming out of my wound and second the infection was coming out vaginally. God promised more children for me but I am terrified I do not want another caesarean 😭. I still cry til this day because what I went through but so blessed to be here and with my babies. Reasons for csection was failed induction both times and reason for induction was iugr with both my children. I still hope to one day experience a vaginal birth.

  Had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago that went absolutely beautifully 💖 My first real prenatal appointment will be in 3 weeks. Im terrified bc i know something will either be wrong with the baby or i will even lost it by then. Very scared. My beautiful child had a heartbeat at that first ultrasound and im terrified it will no longer be there anymore

  I have all the things mentioned except excessive urination. The early sign at 4 weeks that made me test was increased sense of smell. Someone was wearing patchouli and I almost threw up. Then the test line was WAY darker than the control line. And I'm having vivid dreams.

  I’m 22 first pregnancy and I have my first ob appt at 11 weeks and 6 days on Friday (what the free clinic said at my ultrasound there). I’m nervous. I’ve never been to a lady doctor like I should’ve been because of trauma and anxiety. I wanted this but I’m scared. 😅

  This was great info and really empowering! Thanks for encouraging us to use our voices. I had a bad pelvic floor injury from delivering on my back with my first. I’m working on exercises and ways to deliver #2 (due September) so I can avoid injury. My docs have been sort of wishy washy. I told them I would like to deliver on all fours or on my side. I really would like to try the 3rd position you showed in your video but I will have an epidural. Can I still push to deliver this way as my choice and my partner will be there to assist in holding me if needed? Or will the doctor refuse?

  My doctor was in there the whole time but i guess bcz they saw the baby head i found taking breathe in and out useless to me when it was time to push bcz all i felt doing was to push and hold my breath until second push i delivered my son within 10 minutes but I had a tear and bleeding which i still don’t know if the mistake was from my doctor or what bcz to stop bleeding it took my doctor 30 minutes to stop it and to stitch the tear ..

  I Was 42 Weeks When I Had My Emergency C-Section . Come To Find Out My Baby’s Cord Was Wrapped Around His Neck And I Wasn’t Dilating At All And Was On Pitocin . I Hope My Dr This Time Will Be Supportive Of A Vbac , He Did My Previous C-Section So I Don’t See Why Not And Plus I Had No Other Complications During My Pregnancy Or Labor ! Very Positive Video .

  Wow thanks for this video! I’m 38w with my second and was induced with my first. My hospital team didn’t let me do ANY of these positions. Just had to lay flat on my back and push. I’m kind of annoyed now because why not offer diff positions? Thanks for all this info and demonstrating

  Watching this from outside the US and finding it quite sad to fully realise going through labour especially the later stages bed bound in one position is the only thing so many Americans know. Here as long as there are no issues babies are born with mum in whatever position is comfortable for her: often squatting with their partner holding her or on all fours holding onto something. Many women move around up until very late stages when they will get in bed. Being confined to a bed for many hours and occasionally a couple of days is uncomfortable for anyone.

  hi i have failed induced labor baby heart beat was droping...... 2nd after 3 year no pain so again c section.... n now 2.5 year gap i m still willing for vbac any possiblities

  My hospital told me to push on side then on back but hold legs near face myself. I think that's better and give you control. I had bad back labour from start to end so on legs would have been too difficult. Especially since i pushed for 3 hours still had to use instrument, so cut and stitches.

  I gave birth on 7 this month. Sometimes no matter what you do. Fate has other plans. Because of her position my baby was born with instrument so i had to get cut and stitches.
