Cool. I have not tinted my windows yet but I was going to go with a light tint anyways. How dark is your tint and is it in your opinion that a light tint will not be an issue for the rear camera?
Does it record separate videos, front view and cabin?
After using this camera for awhile I will say it is great except for one thing. My SUV has ceramic glass tinting and is kinda dark. The buttons on the camera are not like the picture. They are solid black and do not have back lighting. In the dark or even day they are impossible to see. The buttons are also very small and smooth and have zero tactile feel about them. I took bright finger nail polish and painted the video lock button because it was that or use a flashlight to find the button while driving. If the buttons had lighting it would be perfect because I love it
Great feedback and good points! The window tint is the exact reason I did not install the rear camera. It was pretty useless at night and on most overcast days. That and the double sided tape did not stick well on the window tint where I mounted the camera. I suppose getting better double sided tape will fix that.

My front view camera is upside down is there a fix for this? I can’t figure out how to get the image to rotate right side up.
I would recommend reaching out to Rexing support. With my experience they are very responsive.
Any experience with the crash/pedestrian detection and lane keeping warning?
No crash, thankfully and I have not tried the lane keeping feature.
You guys never explained the proper way to attach the mount plate to the glass!
Good point. Double sided 3m tape with their bracket, all provided in the package. Pretty easy, just make sure you clean the glass with an alcohol wipe before installing.

why is got 1200hp sticker on the car at the end it said 810hp

I had an X1 and the quality of the videos was outstanding! From my research, Kdlinks have the best lenses in the market. With that said, reliability seems to be an issue. My X-1 is having problems because of formatting issues- the videos are recorded, but you can’t view them. I may go with the Vantrue this time.
how do i even upload the video off the card? I use the program CD provided, but the reading SD card through the SD card reader, doesnt show any videos on it
Normally you would insert the SD card into your computer and you should be able to navigate directly to the SD card to review and select the videos you would like to save to your computer. If you do not have any videos on your SD card, it is possible that your SD card is corrupt or your dash cam settings are not set-up properly.
Ive been trying to reach out to the minitruck community for months now.. and so far noone has returned a single email. Im a guy thats been stuck in a wheelchair for 26yrs.. and ive done everything i can to stay out of a damn van. I recently bought with all the spare cash i could save a 93 Nissan Hardbody extended cab. I if I build it correctly.. will keep me out of the vans. With an arthritic shoulder, I cant drive hondas and mustangs and all the other vehicles ive had in the past. My shoulder due to mild arthritis just cant lift my chair in the vehicle anymore. So if any of the clubs, independent guys, or anyone willing to give me a helping hand building my truck. I need airbags so i can level the truck to my chair and i can slide in. I need a fabricated topper lift so i can lift it while my chair arm lift will pick the chair up and set it in the bed for me. I have been so frustrated due to the fact noone will reach out to me in return. Ive rebuilt and done computer work for absolutely nothing for those that needed a hand. but I cant get a hand on something that would make my life dramatically easier. So those of you out there that actually read this.. please reach out to me.. there is even a go fund me page out there that friend setup for me.. so anything and everything helps... thanks for taking the time to read this ...
My dad passed away in 2012 and I inherited his 86 ranger with a removable top. He put a small amount of kool stuff and now iam a mini truck enthusiast ! Thanks Dad♥️

I have r100 kdlinks mirror camera. To be honest , I was very happy with it. Crystal clear front and back views . All Features are great. This came caught lots of incidents that happened. How ever there are things should be considered, for instance when you set up the camera make sure you set it on3 miunts mode recording other wise you miss record any incident if the camera sat up on 1 minute loops . I mean the recording flips back and forth rear and front . It happened missing a view when the camera fliped recording the rear view. I wish they kid links can add internal camera facing backwards connected with heat motion sensor to detect any internal activity.

Mine came with a 16GB card.

Mini truck's has become a best loved desire by many people, I'm on board with an 88 S-10 that I've owned for years. I love my truck...
If there's one thing being a full member of Exceeding Limits Truck Club & diehard minitrucker has taught me is, there's no wrong way. Bags, static or lifted 4x4 mini. It's like having a tight extended family over a common bond.

It has auto shut-off, but I normally stop recording and power it down.

I am new to dash cams. Your dash cam footage looks really fuzzy to me for hd 1090p. Is it just because the way it is rendered as a youtube friendly format? Would you be able to make out any license plates (because from what I see it seems not). I hope I am wrong.
mrgoldindex check your settings. Do you have it set for auto HD? Renders fine on all of my devices.
