How are you doing today and how your day? Great movie review. I actually enjoyed the movie, well at least the 2nd half of the movie. The movie did a great job develop its characters. One was struggling what happen in the past, one wanted to fix the issue at hand, and one was pretty cocky and feel like he can take on the world. Its was ok chemistry. I did not have any issue with that.

I was in the exact same boat as you, I watched the 1996 Twister 24 hours before seeing this new entry. I think both of them are entertaining enough, but I didn't go crazy over them. I didn't care about any characters other than Glen Powell's and the tornado sequences weren't as thrilling as I had hoped, but the visuals effects were next level. Great review, TJ!

I did notice a few weak CGI moments, but for the most part it looked spectacular. Lowkey, if Glen Powell was not the highlight, this movie would’ve been watered down a bit as far as being entertaining lol. Thanks for tuning in as always Sully🫡

It was an ok movie. I am a Godzilla fan so I did not like he did not have much role in the movie. He basically sleeps, gets up and kick butt, and go back to sleep. The movie was more about Kong than anything. I will admit that Kong did made the movie and it was pretty interesting. As for the characters of the movie, you can take out at least 2 of them and the movie would have been the same. Oh yea how are you doing today?

So you did a great job with the review! I told some of the scenes with my dad what happens in this movie and he thought it sounded kind of creepy! I saw this movie as well! Going into this blindly having knowing nothing about this movie! I was thinking of this idea for an episode where the main character’s dog gets stolen by two cult leaders who are naked and the cults supports a tree! Also I wanna name the episode “the house of the cult” You can guess what’s that’s a reference to! Also after the main character kills the man cult leader the woman cult leader eats his heart and turns into a creepy angel to kill our main character!

Great review TJ! My expectations were very low since I'm not big on rom coms, but I ended up really enjoying this! The black cat part was definitely too silly 😂😂 the crowd seemed to loke it. I agree was a taad stretched out. It worked for me but I'm not dying for a rewatch

Oz Perkins is clearly a pro at developing atmosphere, because the constantly feeling of paranoia and dread keeps up through the entire runtime. Unfortunately, I found the plot and conclusion to be very overhyped, and am just not a fan of the path they went down to wrap everything up. I'm a sucker for a juicy Nicolas Cage role though. Great review, TJ!

I do feel like the third act will either make it or break it for folks lol. I think if it was a bit longer, so it could explain some things and tie up loose ends, perhaps it could have worked better for some🤷🏾♂️

I thought this movie was pretty solid. A fan of Nicolas Freaking Cage and Blair Underwood. The atmosphere and the setting was creepy and the plot was pretty twisted. But that what you get for living in a town where everyone knows everyone. The lady who play Harker play robotic for me and wasn't feeling her until the movie was almost over. I think Maika’s character was supposed to be like that in a way, given what’s happened in her life and what she’s witnessed working in the FBI. The way the atmosphere was set up should not be forgotten.

watched the black coats daughter right before going to see this and while I thought the atmosphere was the best part of that movie I couldn’t praise much else, i’d say the one thing that sticks out from this movie is the performances, it really draws you in and only adds to the atmosphere that’s squeezing you to death.

Pearl is my favorite still as well. X I have watched three times I still think it’s an ok movie. I would rate this slightly more than x but not much. It’s very atmospheric.

This was incredibly average. The villain was so weak. There were also storylines that couldn’t be fleshed out because of the run time. Also, I guess his girls never age lol.
