Love the video ! There’s a lot that is best frozen but I try to can as much as possible so it’s cooked & shelf stable ! One less thing to worry about ! I do large batch canning days & it’s a life saver 💕ton of work but might be good to can some things especially raw pack soups !

If we don't freeze dry or can our meats..... we use a CHAMBER vacuum sealer !!! It not only keeps the juices from escaping but allows you to vacuum liquids such as soups etc.
Hi Mrs. Anne. A friend gave me 2 deer shoulders in big plastic bags and the blood came and froze it to the bottom of my small chest freezer.
Hopefully rain higher up might flush it out a bit. Wouldn’t want to catch anything nasty
I actually think the rain makes it worse! It flushes pesticides from the agricultural lands into the river.

That actually looks like fun lol when I was little I LOVED to play school and play the teacher !!! One thing that may help keep them motivated and encouraged to want to do school work is to put stuff aside you buy them that you are going to give them anyways (but they don’t know that lol) like hair stuff and clothes and even toys and books and games … and make it into rewards like … if you get __ work done by ___ day and you do very well like at least an A or B on the work … you get a prize ! And u can even have mystery prized for getting perfect in spelling tests and math tests etc … I find it makes kids WANT to do school work and do extra work without being told to 😁
I know! I need them to want to do it. So far, it is not too bad. One of them is even asking to start maths soon! MATHS!!! I could not believe it!

ah ah ah! Some are more expensive than others. And you can get second hand ones for cheaper. But yes, it is a budget. Plus insurance, fuel, etc...

We were so lucky to get on that tour. I just contacted the sale person and asked a week before, and he said yes... Even the girls could get on board!

That is very interesting! I heard that fog over a huge area like a city… can actually be contained in a jar … so this would be a good example to explain fog
I hear u on the 3rd world health care system ! Canada is horrible ! Before I moved it was good except wait times & the time I went to the hospital and they were so horrible that if I would have done what they told me to I would have died (good thing I didn’t listen and then had emergency surgery) but outside of the big cities in Canada … it’s awful and here it’s 8 yr wait list for a family doctor ! And the hospital here only had 1 dr in emergency department… ppl have literally died waiting 8+ hours to see a dr
This is something that is not well known outside of Canada. It’s still got that eldorado dream image for the French for instance.

I love the beach too, especially under tropical climate, with a nice sandy beach, coconut trees, etc…
These are important life skills most kids don’t get to learn! They will really appreciate it as they get older !💕🚙

Yes and no. The price of ink has gone up a lot… There are booklets that are cheaper to buy actually. It’s gonna depend on the materials. And I try to resell my used books at the homeschool store in town.

It’s been a positive experience so far. I enjoy teaching too. It is just harder at times with the English pronunciation for me… girls are now correcting me 😂
Good gracious that is an amazing backyard … I’d be in that pool all day everyday 💕 🤦🏼♀️I’m pretending I didn’t see a banana tree lol one of my dreams is to have a real natural banana tree … never had a real banana off a tree just the flavourless bananas they sell here at the grocery store ! I’ve been determined to find seeds so I can grow my own in my greenhouse but it’s basically impossible to find !!! I would love to have fruit growing like that !!! Amazing 🤩
Well… we have had some hard freezes every year since that video. The trees come back, but they have not produced again… you really need a greenhouse, even here in South Texas. Crazy.
