We just picked up at false bottom for our 55 gal mash tun (finally). Realized I should have also picked up a new dip tube.

Great way to get the proper carbonation level. Great if you need to finish the beer for serving and short of time. I uses a cap on the saturation hose for prep and cleaning.

Test drove the breweasy surface for Blichmann for our brew club ASH (Arizona society of Homebrewers). Definitely one of the easiest most efficient systems out there. I really enjoyed ease of cleanings and how powerful it was once we got the hang of how to use the system since it was new to me. Blichmann engineering is top notch.

Hi, I am a subscribed member and am interested in home brewing. I am a first timer and i like to do things right and i'm a bit of a perfectionist but not afraid to make mistakes. Can you recommend something to me please?

It's really dependsd on your budget. I started with a 10 gallon Anvil kettle and a Anvil forge burner. Then moved up to a Anvil Foundry. I used to love brewing out back on my deck, but, since I got the Foundry, I've only brewed in doors. If I were to start today, I would just get the Anvil Foundry. As a first timer, you could always get a cheap kit and do extract on your stove, then move up to the Foundry. Oh, and if your serious, move to kegs fast. I never minded bottling, until I kegged. Plus, draft is nice :)
