Runningtrails - My UTMB Journey
Runningtrails is my journey since 2022 when I started running ultra trail runs in my mid-40s, even without ever having run any road marathons or races before in my life. I’ve been an amateur road racing cycling, gravel cyclist and am still a member of the Rapha Cycling Club (RCC). This is my journey to train, race and hopefully get myself into the UTMB CCC Race in 2025.
It's been a blast training for this new skill later in life and seeing how my body can adapt and improve. How can a cyclist become a runner is an interesting transformation. For me every run is a new adventure and I love getting out there on the trails, exploring new areas and testing myself against the elements. That's why I love sharing my runs, training, gear choices and trips to inspire others.

Cool video! Hoping to sign up but it’s ridiculous that aid stations didn’t have water! Do you know if they provide buses to and from start line/finish line?
Yes, they had either train to the menton start or busses to the 100k and 100M starts.
nice video!! I ran It too, the last climb and downhill was really really hard and really hot that day. what a race!
