  Yes, some of the restaurants actually provide the food without alliums. Gokul vegetarian is a must try restaurant. All their food items are without onion and garlic🥳🙌🏻

  Kailash parbat I will rate 3 out of 5 such a boring food .. not sure why ppl in singapore hype kailash parbat so much they have just ok ok food not extra ordinary There is such a beautiful Indian food in Nalan ( city mall) also urban roti veg kababes are so good ... Tandoori zaika which is in Boatquay has such a amazing pudina paneer tikka n also Mali kofta is so good. Truly worth trying.

  Hi, I lived in Singapore for a little over two years when I was 12 years old to bit over 14 years old I miss the mix of Cultures . I miss Chinese Opera,The two night markets per week. I even miss three Day Chinese Funerals with Fireworks .And Chinese New Year And Chinese Burning paper money for ancestors For the Hungry Ghost Festival.Actually you Are Jain .I have alot of respect for the peaceful nature of that Religion. I went to a Jain Temple in Califorina USA In 2009. Because won a Scholarship from Gemelogical Institute of America Only one Given Nationally each year. For the Jewelry Illustration and design program. Some how I won that Scholarship at 52 years old. After having been a designing bench Jeweler for well over a dozen Years . I had been a professional graphic designer. For many years and had designed embroidery trim for Leslie Fay Dresses ,before they went to Indonesia. I had been a professional glass blower and a stained glass artist.for seven or eight large Churches in NM Every design was original by me. I did all the construction all the leading And I executed all the work single handly I did need a glass installer Most of the windows were twenty feet up.They had to be installed from the roof. How ever The shock was the G.I.A scholorship I was so much older than most of the students. Back to Singapore, Mahulaja Singapura! I bet I could still sing the national Anthem. Seems hawker stalls are gone and replaced by airconditioned buildings I am glad I found you.I miss kaya toast with strong black tea milked.I Miss the boats in the ocean the Botanical Gardens and forgive me, Chilli Crab.I am Pescatsrian I only eat fish and shellfish no meat, I miss Mangosteens, and Rambutans, But not Durian! I miss Chinese vegan noodles with vegtables and hot curry powder I only went to the Raffles hotel twice in my life Once for high tea, once for Sunday Lunch. Does the Jade museum still exist and I miss Sandy Island for picnics and Watching sunsets through the Mangrove trees We did not have a boat but our next door neighbor did. a pretty big boat. We lived on West Coast Rd. The Hardings had six kids. We were only three Kids in our family and Mom and Dad. I would love to visit Singapore one more time I hear part of the area around Jakarta is sinking.I hope not the same is true of Singapore All the recipes you have posted look yummy! I appreciate the postings very much. Congratulations on your degree what ever field it was in.
