  I find I use KZread more than Google because Google does not show how to do things. It might give an explanation but not demonstrate how.

  We are an IMO in the USA and an MGA in Canada. You do not need to recruit in our system to achieve maximum compensation as that can be achieved on personal production, and our contracts are competitive with other IMOs of independent agents. Now, for those who like to build teams, yes, we have the option and actually the most powerful one in the industry. I hope this answers your question.

  It's just another MLM scheme. Stay away people. Overpriced products because they require thick margins to pay for multiple agents compensation, (that's why these percentages are so high) and they ask the agents to harass friends and family to sell to. To reach the Director level he's talking about you have to RECRUIT new agents. Also you have to pay in to join to work for them. No legitimate job will ask you for money up front.

  DearJake: Normally I delete nonsense comments but this time I will leave your comment here for a bit, as it helps me educate viewers = Thank you a lot!! Here is where you are wrong: 1st- The cost of insurance for all our providers is a standard cost to the public, regardless of how our agent's compensations are arranged, if you don't know this feel free to ask for a quote from any of our associates in the USA or Canada and then get another quote with the same insurance carriers with any other IMO or MGA, just make sure is apples to apples, same coverage, same carrier, the same type of insurance coverage, etc.... so as you see you clearly do not know what you are talking about!! 2nd we have a $0 USD affiliation fee in the USA and Canada, we reimburse 100% of the afiliación fee as soon as the associates upload their licenses, so you are wrong again!! * Maybe you are confusing us with another company who possibly abused you or maybe you believe we are all the same. You see we are the first tribrid model in North America for financial services professionals, and at least in my team we attract mostly seasoned successful professionals, so they do know better about the industry. * I invite you to really learn about any company before you comment on social media so you don't end up being schooled publicly. Sorry It did not go your way this time bud :(

  @@hrvfinancial your company runs on the MLM structure, which means the only way to really make money is to build your own team. Such models are not sustainable, and most people do not make money. You’ve been exposed on many other websites and videos already by other people.

  Saludos, disculpa el retraso en contestarte, no es complejo sacar la licencia pero si se necesita tener permiso de trabajo, pasar un examen y unos filtros de seguridad. Sin ser consultor de migracion lo que se es que no cuenta eso para una oferta laboral. Pero si llegan a Canada y tienen permisos para trabajar con gusto los guio.
