  Hi twenty twenty. I think it would be good for you to have a fixed camera on the counter, pointing from above, it is always comfortable to be able to see the latte art and the tray ready to serve. the best for you, greetings from Argentina!

  Thank you for sharing your idea! We have been experimenting with that top-view-angle - but so far we haven't found a good angle that would work well. We are planning to try it some more soon - hopefully we'll find a good angle that shows the latte art and bar-top well. :))

  I'm surprised I don't see more cafes using the frothed milk dispenser. It saves you so much time and lets you serve customers a lot faster.

  I agree but I think most baristas prefer to be more involved with the steaming process. Here in Melbourne, I’ve never seen a frothed milk dispenser-even though most cafés are always buzzing with people.

  Good question! That is because some from our team are internationals as well as many of our customers are international tourists. Therefore English makes the most sense. :))

  It takes a lot of practise - but it is not that difficult! A good tray helps a lot - as it is actually easier to carry something on a tray - compared to just holding it in your hand... :))

Thanks for comparing a multi-billion-international-coffee-mega-chain with our little coffee shop - totally a fair comparison. :)) In all seriousness, having those 10 tickets in first 15 minutes of the day is totally a rush for us. Lastly, keep it mind that all of those tickets had also food (that we make per order from scratch) so yes - "morning rush". :))

  We have tried many different options - and sometimes it is better from chest and sometimes from the headstrap. I would recommend that you experiment a little and figure out what works best for your scenario... :))

  Thanks for watching! And no, we don't put any chocolate on our coffees - it is not really a thing in this part of the world and also not in this style of coffee shop. Since we use really high-quality coffee beans - it would be really sad to cover up their flavour characteristics with something else. Hope that makes sense. :))
