Holy sheight this mastermodes nonsense stripped the skill based gameplay straight out of the game. Horrible game design and that quantum interdiction nonsense is painfully unbalanced. CIG 12 years into development and their combat gameplay is still trashcan tier.

I am a duper that got pirated one time in the 10 RMC runs I did with my c2. Luckily before that happened the trade terminal didnt let me buy the RMC because the pirate was near my ship. So I didnt even lose anything to that pirate 😂

I’ve been going to the TDD to sell RMC that I’ve salvaged from scrap panels, no duping involved (didn’t even know that was a thing). Just curious. Regardless, absolutely hilarious video mate!

This reminds me of my late 2000s back when i used to play Ragnarok Online. I used to break the monster branches (forget the name of the item, that definitely wasn't its name) in the middle of Prontera city, from time to time just to see all the deaths unfolded. Ah. The sweet sensation of being a troll~

There's a bug in-game that allows you to double-sell your cargo. RMC because of an experiment in economy-balancing, is now a big payout. These scummy bastards are doing this en-masse and you can spot them a mile away because one of the steps involves 'backspacing' (killing your character) at which point they're all running around in hospital gowns. It's flooded the major RMC selling-points (Area 18 having the highest stock capacity) making it impossible for legitimate traders and salvagers to sell their own cargo since the city is _always_ immediately 'overstocked' and no longer buying. But the worst is these people do it to sell their in-game currency on the gray market for IRL money. These are mostly, and no I'm not stereotyping, Chinese 'farmers' like the old-school WoW days. This whole 'duping' has also of course completely buggered the statistics CIG were hoping to obtain to monitor the new economy, meaning we're most assuredly going to go through several more economy rebalancing attempts and bank balance wipes. Just means more time lost, more economic instability, and general grief.

@@rorycarter4765 I had the same at a mining outpost. It wasn't players griefing. That's a legit bug. Another player mission (prolly a bounty) instanced nearby and the A.I. strayed... I had a 9tails cutlass fly in and drop off more NPCs... Nothing to do with what HODS is doing here.

i do it every day 🤣 but it's better if you take them to the station, and more of them. But don't try if you're a bad pilot, because you have to fly into the hangar at high speed because the station is shooting at you

Poor Cutter pilot lmao. Can't blame him for being annoyed, I'm sure I would be... but I want it to be a game where that kind of thing can happen, so gotta take it on the chin sometimes. I love this criminal zero to hero idea. Stuff like this is why I just smh when people still try to say SC isn't a real game. You can talk shit about performance, bugs, how long it's taking, whatever - but all of those issues exist because what they are trying to make is insane on so many levels. For better and worse, CIG threw out all the manuals and decided to reinvent the wheel at almost every turn. They're just going full send on their own weird brand of "fidelity" and "immersion." So everything about it just feels different from anything else you can play, and some people will absolutely hate it. You can kind of get an idea from watching videos, but you really have to experience all of it yourself to get the full picture.
