thanks.....interesting videos. You described my same complaints, which is concerning considering this is two years later. Did you give up on Soundswitch for MyDMX or are you still using it?
I think a reason they haven’t commonly done this is because it’s harder to create the rich colors from a color wheel with multi color LEDs in a beam or spot fixture. Take yellow for example.

Is it possible to use SoundSwitch without sound files? Can I set up something like „scenes“ to perform live lighting for other artists?
Yes it is possible, however I don't recommend it as you can only make static scenes.

I got my subs with flight case but without wheels.
That was nice you also put vibration absorber foam before the caster wheels. .
those are not called shoulder bolts they are called tee nuts
Is it necessary to hammer them in? Wouldn't tightening the nuts faoce them into the wood?

UPDATE: I have filmed the final part, however as I am in the SS Beta team I can not post the video just yet as I can't leak and new features and what not.
He, nice video. There is a short cut for making a button on the show page. Go to live, pres ALT and click on the scene you want patch in your show page. Now it is on your show page. Then you can edit the button.

I have MyDMX 3.0 also and it always crashes when I try to patch in fixtures. =(
Yes there a bugs with 3.0. I biggest right now is my 3D Visualizer not working.
What happened to the light show at the end?
I was supposed to set up and film it that weekend but never did. Between gigs, getting my shop built, and getting married I just have not had time. It is still on my list to do. It is probably going to be a two part video where you see me make the show from scratch without any edits. I appreciate your patience.

Chauvet Scorpion Dual RGB running in attribute mode. I only have one as of now, but I thought ahead a made a place holder for when I another one.

@@djrensvandeburgt1236 I can but it won't be till this weekend. It is very simple just open up paint and drag the size to 10x10 and when you color it just change the RGB values (in custom colors) to roughly match the programmed color.

For something I programmed using ADJ DMX OPERATOR 512 with only 8 scenes,l and cheap camera, I'd say looked decent.

I dont know enough in the audio world. I will say I have a Samson Concert 288 wireless set and a shure PGA48 and love them.

Yes. They have held up very well. No Sound issues and you cannot hear the caster vibrate or make any nasty sounds.
Use removable castor's from bear amps. Better yet use a dolly and that can be used to move all gear. The best choice is buy a flight case to protect your gear if your budget allows.
