I was looking up dosage info and some said by my body weight I need to take ~125mg at a time. Is this right? I got a pack of 30mg gummies saying take 2 but that does nothing for my pain.
Hi Jayzen. If you're taking CBD for pain management, 125MG might be the right dosage for you. It is definitely on the high side, especially if you're taking full spectrum. Hi Alex. We recommend starting low and going slow. Start out by getting the Neurogan CBD Oil 2000MG dropper. Put a quarter of a dropper under your tongue and see how you feel. Increase the dosage as you go.
