You look tired. Are you okay?
Great message. There’s one tip that I want to share with you and others: go to the biggest library in your town / city (or to the local one) and study there. Personally, it worked for me very well and worked for my friends and acquaintances, too. When I study in places like library or study centre I never get distracted nor do I want to delay that study session and scroll through my phone for “a little bit”. Whilst studying you have to take breaks between session or you will not learn effectively but when you study in a library or learning center, you will get so focused that you don’t even want to take breaks. For example today I have been studying for 4-5 hours at the learning centre and at that time I received so many (interesting) messages but I had no intention to check them. To sum up, studying in libraries are extremely effective.
Thank you for you insight I’m sure this could help a lot of people, I never found libraries productive as I prefer to study at home, but if it works for u that’s amazing!
@@NikitaCharykin Have you ever attended any library just to give it a shot? Because when I wanted to stay there and study I did not feel ready to do it at all (predominantly, because of many people who study there too), I thought like I would get by at home but when I got there (library) it was amazing; there were no distractions, no family (that always calls me to do housework). If you have never attended a library, you should try it (at least for 2 hours) and see whether it works for you. If you have already tried it and it did not work for you, then study wherever you feel comfortable. P.S. I’m not going to instil anything by this comment. Thus, if something is wrong with this comment and you don’t like it, my apologies then. 😊
I have tried it but I was with friends and it didn’t work because we were all just talking. For me personally I have a great environment at home so that’s why it works so well. I can see why it works perfectly for some people but I didn’t mention it in the video because I can’t say something is good if I have never stuck to it consistently. Again if it works for you keep doing it. I’m sure some people might have the same question so I do recommend libraries if you don’t have a good environment to study at home.
Thanks! This actually helps. I’m training for Cross country for my freshman year and im making a lot of progress
Show a clip of your swimming.......
Hey man! I stumbled upon your channel and your videos are very, very insightful, especially coming from a fellow swimmer who has to balance studies and sports. Your authenticity when speaking is amazing, and it feels like I'm talking to a friend. Keep it up! I would love to see more videos!
If someone has nothing to do in summer, I’d advise them to go out and take a part at MUNs. It’s very interesting. Or perhaps you may consider learning a language you are interested in.
Dayum , this is actually great ! I just finished year 12 , and it was the WORST , because now I’m in a tough spot because It’s gonna be kinda hard getting into a gud college here in my country. Filled with regrets but won’t make this mistake in uni . I needed that quote in my year 12 coz I literally gave up after I saw the “natural talents” and felt like I’ll never be there but I was worng
uhhh bro did you mean to misspell academic 😭 great vid tho 😍
The advice about past papers is so true past papers will boost your grades loads
Great message, although at sometime shaky in the speech, the point came across well, and seeing your confidence and the way you hold yourself gives me confidence that you are a credible person to speak on discipline😊
Tryna become a better communicator, give me some time

Biology is like that for me too :) thank you for this video, I really needed it as I just finished my AS levels and I am still trying to figure out what I want to do for uni 😅
Ur videos really relatable I’m a British age group record holder but stopped swimming fully ahead of my A levels last year. It destroyed my mental health and ultimately reflected in my results this year I just resat but continued exercising a bit and it helped hugely.
This is such a wonderful video, not only is this super relatable but this vid actually gives proper good advice along with the personal experiences. Just makes this vid rlly engaging. Also love the style and energy of the vid. Very respected.
Thanks bro that really means a lot.
0 effort across the board, ABB AS levels, well see august 15th how it goes
You are very handsome
I’m definitely a Speedo man . They’re so comfortable and feel good in the water.
Really, Really good review, I’m actually getting these as well as the STs so thank you so much for this❤️
I feel like I’m late to this video but yeah I totally agree with you! Short videos have absolutely made it so much harder to enjoy moments of low dopamine levels. Like listening to a podcast or hearing genuine uncut videos that help personal growth. Our generation definitely will face the ramifications of this
People like Jakpiggot have really opened my eyes to this
I noticed you mentioned that the Mizuno size chart for the mx wasn't that helpful. Would you mind sharing if you chose a size larger or smaller than your measurements for the sonic mx? I hear the gx suits 'run small' (meaning people fit a larger size than they usually wear), but am having trouble finding this type of real world fit info for the mx. Thanks!
Generally, I would use the size guide as a rough measurement, however with the max line, if (for example) by the size guide you overlap sizes eg ur waist is a size M but the hip measurement is S, I would recommend you go down the size. Also if it helps, I am personally a size S in the gx sonic 5 mr but size XS in the mx sonic g3 however I have had the mx for longer so it’s probably a bit more stretched then the gx.
Thank you! @@NikitaCharykin
Def agree. Briefs for training, Jammers, occasionally briefs for racing. What I find challenging is getting sizes dialed in for each of the different brands. Briefs are a little easier to size than jammers, but still a pain since brands differ. Are you up to posting a vid about sizing the different brands that you use most frequently with your measurements as reference? Viewers may have different measurements, but can size up or down gaging by the different sizes you wear in each band (based on your measurements). Just a thought - I think it'd helpful. Thanks for this vid too.
Yep will do, taking a bit of a break from KZread, however I’ll as this to the idea list Thank you for your feedback.
@@NikitaCharykin Totally getch'ya Have a great break. :) (And thanks!)
Divers have nice bodies as well. They are all legs.
Thank you so much for the great review. I got one but it is a bit too tight. It took me a while to get into them. Now I get used it and I love it
Productivity is lame, work hard when you need to or because you want to not for the sake of "productivity"
Most useful goggles review!

Working on it, thanks for the support !
Do you like more on lido pools or indoor pools?
More used to indoor
The same with me. Lidos can be fun but because of the climate we don't have so many here (Finland)
Right! This is very important topic. I've never used TikTok and I won't. I get a headache from KZread shorts so I try to avoid them the best I can

keep going maan, everyone makes mistakes sometimes but only some people like u realize what they are doing and fix it, man me too personally would have quit, but my faith keeps me in line going to the mosque early in the morning is something i kinda have to do in my faith and i love it, keeps me sane spiritually and its a common start for the morning routine and the rest is habit now
thank u bro means a lot, I’m grateful that you commented ❤️🔥
Use heartbreak as fuel for motivation. She left you for a reason. You weren’t good enough. Use that fact to prove her wrong and go from the man she didn’t want to the man she can’t have
Thanks man, I really do appreciate it.

Whether you beleive in it or not, depression is a thing. I think making out that it isn't is really harmful for people living with it. Unsubscribing.
