Thanks Toto for getting greedy like everyone else and outsourcing your entire line to cheap labor and abusive countries just to get rich. A once great company is now like every other. RIP.
We need to be able to specify your product in Chief Architect and within our plumbing schedules!
kontol
umm...... delicioso~
I've interacted with the Japanese support of Toto Global - a senior guy - he was not very nice. I have one of these at home, in 220V but compared to the sort of response I received from Kyocera, Toto Japan support are not very nice.
Me encantó chau papel higiénicos gracias gracias gracias bendiciones 🙏
Thank you. Took me ten minutes to clean some back grit out of the filter and it works like a charm again.
Annoying to install
can the 120volt outlet fit to the right and below the waste pipe?
Who in the world has a 110 volt outlet mounted behind the toilet? Design fail for retrofit
Can this support a 300lbs man?
My husband and I just spent a good hour or so trying to slide this witch onto the bracket - and it absolutely, positively WILL NOT GO IN!!!!! We took the bracket off, we adjusted it so it was 1.125" or so from the opening. No click. No nothing. It seems like for the price, we could get a whole toilet with the bidet seat included - just not a Toto.
The plug thing is annoying considering the cost of this
is there a way to not increase the wall thickness? I just want to use the existing walls of the house.
I lost my auto flush cable that plugs into the seat. Can't find it in the toto parts store.
Alright jesus christ I dont want a toilet that would kill me during the events of the movie Maximum Overdrive.
Does this come with a sealant or is that ordered separately
I enjoy watching your videos very amazing and clean and beautiful and understanding
Studying for my PhD exams was easier
LOL, I’m not looking forward to cleaning it. Seems very time consuming. I suppose if I do this enough times, I’ll ace it.
3:35 my rubber gaskets with screw insert will not fit into my two holes in toilet no matter what I try.
Great idea, but I’d rethink this. Installed one, but the flush valve leaks out water. Changed ballcock, and the flush valve, so now what…..nothing. Can’t get at it, so it’s useless now. Mind yiu great idea, love it as it’s easy to clean around the toilet. I’m a plumber but to get at the inside is impossible. Access is too small to get hands in. Then too boot, Toto gives me balls two years in as it’s leaking past, I had to but a new flush valve and new ballcock, then the same bullshit, must be me or my water……ya ya, installation was simple, I made dam sure it didn’t move, just use lots backing. Toilet after the walks were in went well. All in all great idea. But to install new tank is a total redo of the washroom, obviously at this cost it’s not a normal washroom, so it will cost a fair amount to replace. I’ll do it in few years, I can get at bottom so I can reconfigure the rough in. Oh well, lesson learnt.
I just mounted my remote like the one in this video Horizontally across the top of the paper roll dispenser with the magnetic bracket and it won't work in this position, mounted or not. Turn it vertically and it works fine. Is this some kind of undocumented feature and if so, how do you turn it off so I don't have to remove it from the rack to use it. Also, what are the buttons for under the top panel besides the auto seat lift? Toilet flush maybe?
Utter garbage video. Uselessly generic. No Toto number on the tank of top of tank on mine.
lol. the "s7a" is a $2000 bidet, and that's just the seat.
why is this toilet called "smart"? I dont see anything smart about it.
well there goes your entire weekend.
Mine is not working at all, and your customer service hours are terrible. Remote doesnt connect and there is no information anywhere to fix it. Not acceptable for an extremely expensive toilet.
Great❤️
This is the stupidest video. I can’t believe they wasted 2.5 minutes of my time to show me a couple of features that could easily have been shown in less than 30 seconds. What does a girl’s hair have to do with getting your butt cleaned? More marketing BS than a commercial for expensive perfume.
Very good instruction
Worked exactly like the video showed. Got the part at Home Depot and presto fixed toilet!
Huh. I've been cleaning with benzene all this time! Doh!
YES!!! today fix bathroom toilet. First, it had unhygienic toilets and one was clogged.
True, these marks are terrible. Unreadable on a 4 year old toilet.
Why does it not show the foam gasket between the toilet and the wall ?
Toto. Do better
All looks good but if/when that cistern fails, it’s going to be a lot of work getting to it behind the tiles and wall!

After 9 months our valve started hissing when refilling and almost full. This video helped figure out what to do. We have hard water! Cleaned and happy again.
This is some seventies adult video music. I kept waiting for Ron Jeremy to come around the corner and be like "I'll insert seal grease into your hole." Kidding very informative video.
Question. Does the toilet seal need to be wax? Can a waxless application be used? Thank you.
After reading the manual that came with the bidet (Washlet+ S7A), I'm questioning the decision to install the bidet. An old style porcelain bidet seems a wiser choice.
My husband got one. I am terrified because I cannot use chlorine or other disinfectant. That is just nasty.
The TSU99A.X sold on the Toto site is the same as the Korky 528GT available in retail stores like Home Depot (confirmed by Toto). The only difference is in the Korky instructions, which do not include the complete valve settings-to-Toto-model-number cross reference. I have 6 Toto toilets of the same age and they needed new fill valves, so I bought Korky 528GT valves locally. I started with the Korky instructions and a ruler to set the valve height - no fun on the shorter toilet models where we have a shelf over the top of the toilet. I called Toto and they sent me the instructions for the TSU99A.X so I could preset the valves before installing. NOTE: The Toto instructions are ambiguous about whether the number of exposed notches refers to the locked or unlocked valve position. By trial and error I determined it was referring to the locked valve position. Also, the plastic valve nut that secures the valve from the bottom of the tank should be installed with the "THIS SIDE UP" facing the bottom of the tank - it looks unintuitive because the original retainer nut was installed flat side to the bottom of the tank. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call Toto at their 1-888 number. Their tech support folks are easy to reach and very helpful.
I stopped watching at shark bite
All the cleaning should be designed to be done without dismount the bidet seat. Any cleaning requiring shutting-off water should be done only every 10 years to minimize any chance of water leaking.
Very disappointing commercial and presentation of product. No people shitting was shown
TOTO please do a video installation into a concrete block wall. Also, find a solution so the bidet controls are not next to the toilet. Bluetooth control panel that can be attached anywhere on a wall. Phone app or Google voice command.
Wrong!!! 4 Toto’s in my house and not one model
Great flush action - too bad the small water spot and ledge design allow waste to hang up on the un-wetted areas and NOT get cleaned by the "Dynamax Tornado:" !
What unwetted areas? Based on the video, it looks like the whole bowl gets wet? Also on the MaP score, it shows the Dynamax Tornado flush toilet that I'm looking at has a score above 800, which is considered highly recommended.
When I say “unwetted“, I am talking about the static bowl area before the flush. I agree that the flush mechanism can handle quite large deposits. My comment referred to the frequent requirement to clean the portions of the bowl that aren’t covered with water. On a completely different note, I now see that my more frequently used Toto Drake 2 often will not respond to the small flush handle unless it is held in place for a couple seconds. This is a bit of a of an irritant, and I have not seen the issue on my second Toto that gets much less use .
