    Hey! May you please tell me that can i disable the bluetooth on my clint computer from window server 2012 r2 by using admx file or(which admx file?)?

  • @WilliamPanek
    @WilliamPanek5 жыл бұрын

    To disable Bluetooth and IrDA beaming Remove the OBEX profile from the list of allowed Bluetooth profiles. In the Group Policy Management Console, expand Group Policy Objects, and locate the target Group Policy object (GPO). Right-click the GPO, and then choose Edit. In the Group Policy Object Editor dialog box, expand Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Mobile Settings, and then select Platform Lockdown. In the details pane, right-click Allowed Bluetooth profiles, and then choose Properties. In the Allowed Bluetooth profiles dialog box, on the Setting tab, choose Enabled if not already enabled. Clear the OBEX Object Push Profile check box if it is not already cleared. Choose OK to close the Allowed Bluetooth profiles dialog box. Disable IrDA capabilities. In the details pane, right-click Turn off Infrared, and then choose Properties. In the Turn off Infrared Properties dialog box, choose Enabled if not already enabled. Choose OK to close the Turn off Infrared Properties dialog box.

    Very nice and easy to understand video. The only thing is, after you created the attribute should you add it to User or Person class? Some instructions out there are telling you to add it to the Person class. Sorry if I've caused any confusion.

  • @WilliamPanek
    @WilliamPanek5 жыл бұрын

    The Person class is information about a user. The User class is normally information about an employee. So it depends on the type of account that you are setting this up for. Is it a field for an Employee or is it a field for a customer? Here is a link to Microsoft's website that explains both classes. Hope this helps. Thanks for the wonderful explanation. In MX record type you mention that we can configure 2 MX records based on priority and the one with less priority is used when other one goes down. I wonder how would DNS know whether Mail Server is down ? Does it make Health Checks?

    Could not stop myself till the end of the video from writing the comment. This gentleman know in and out of DSN. its is not easy to speak everyone's language and make a video that is simple. most of the teachers explains the way they understand not the way the students do. This video is awsm.

    Dear Mr. Panek, I bought your book. MCSA Windows 10 Study Guide and when I try to watch any of the videos that you wrote on your book where I can follow along different exercises, those are no place to be found either sybextestbanks nor on your KZread Channel. Is there any other place where I could look up to. Thanks in advanced.
