You can't save up to put a 1k down-payment on a house but you think you're ready to pay 3000 a month for the rest of your life
So in other words, be rich
@@spencejoy being rich helps. It is difficult especially under 40. This describes under $90k/yr. That’s not rich. If you can postpone other gratification (new car, luxury vacations) then you can buy the house. Good luck. Stay positive.
@@Lets_Go_Canes I was being sarcastic. I have a house and would never pay 3k a month.
Qualify does not equal afford.
40 DOLLARS AN HOUR?!?!?! WHO IS MAKING THAT MA'AM?!?! MINIMAL DEBT?! WHO MAKING 40 AN HOUR DOESNT HAVE STUFENT LOANS UP TO THIER EARS?! WHAT!!??
Many professionals earn $40/hr and manage their debts effectively. Everyone's financial situation is unique, which is understandable. Thanks for tuning in!
@heatherfabhomes many professionals like whom? Not any of the people I know. At most they make 29$ in one of the most expensive states to live in. So again who is getting paid 40$ an hour? Not our nurses. Not our fire men. Not EMTs. Not our caregivers. Not anyone. Do you know what the average income is for a family?
Very like
Possibly :-)

Yes ❤️
Number 2
No, too hot to even go outside 😅
none. theyre all ugly with plain muted tones and only occassional splashes of color. Even the gaming tables are hideous.
@@cutekittenlady Thanks for tuning in💙
#1
1 for sure
Of course I love #1, but wouldn’t say no to number #3.💙
Only if I can work from home😅
I hear you! All things are possible...💙
Why is that?
I provide why in my description but just in case you can’t access it: Most Veterans and service members are not familiar or even know about the VA loan and how it's one of the best loans to use when it comes to buying a home. Another reason veterans or service members might not use their VA loan is due to competitive real estate markets. Sellers often prefer conventional loan buyers, mistakenly believing the VA loan process is slower or more complicated.
Until you have to PCS
There are options.
How do you know you can refinance if it’s dependent on price fluctuation?
As a seller, ill negotiate a price but lately both my homes sold above asking price so if you don't want the house someone else will.
That’s awesome!
So u just nod and thats your content?
Delusional 😂😂😂
you seriously think rates going to go down??? whered you hear that from
This guy is delusional
Question is: if he were selling a house, would he be willing to pay all that for the buyer???
buddy the speculative market and housing as a commodity is gonna kill you
It’s still a competitive market so finding a seller who would agree to your terms would be extremely difficult. Basically he’s telling us he’s not going to buy a home anytime soon.
I love how “content” on you tube now is someone playing someone else’s video while nodding. Truly creative
I have news for you, Heather. This kind of "content" isn't going to get you anywhere. The 2 commenters you have on this particular video didn't even realize you were there. "Reacting" to viral clips might net you some views once in a while, but it will never translate to channel retention. As it turns out, being useless isn't an entertaining quality. I should, however, mention that the blinking and 2° nodding, like you understand anything he's saying (or are even actually listening), are a nice touch. Very transformative 👍
Damn. 😂
Thanks for tuning in!🤔
If you need the seller to buy down the interest rate, you can’t afford the higher rate. If you’re in a competitive market, you’re going to need to offer significantly more than the cost for the buy down + closing costs + increase in agent fees based on the higher price for the seller to consider your offer. A smart seller with a bit of cash doesn’t care, but this may be unwise for the buyer and cost more in the long run.
Incentives to sell and to buy! Thanks for commenting and tuning in!
You want the seller to pay down your points and pay closing costs 😂😂😂. Why doesn't the seller also put the down payment down for you as well
Yes, negotiating for the seller to pay down points and cover closing costs cannot only help sellers sell their home, but help buyers reduce upfront expenses. Motivated sellers who don’t want to keep their home on the market for a long time, are more willing to opt for this strategy.
@@heatherfabhomes@heatherfabhomes Most sellers who are motivated to sell. Do the negotiating part on the price. No seller in his right mind will go down on price , pay points , pay closing and the agent . If a seller does all of these then they are not motivated they are desperate. This is giving false hope to buyers who think they are going to go to the negotiating table and be in the driver seat only to find out they keep loosing house after house. Ill give you an example. Closing costs on a 500k home is around 15k then you have the agents fee which is 25k. Now you want to negotiate the price down to 475k. So the seller went from 500k to 430k. And btw Most sellers today bought when it 3 to 4% interest. Now the seller looks at all this and says I am going to do all this and loose all this money to go out and buy another house at 7% interest? No thank you I rather stay with my lower interest rate than to jump through hoops paying for someone to buy from me.
@@heatherfabhomes I am a broker and investor and I can tell you I have only seen sellers do one maybe 2 of these things and only if the seller was desperate . Plus I always tell my sellers Don't get involved in the buyers side because this always goes south. Negotiate everything in the price . Odds are if a buyer is coming in with needing all this they barley qualify and I don't want my clients waiting and jumping through all these hoops only to find put the bank won't give the commitment. Give you another example. There is a certain time a bank gives you to close on the rate they agreed on once you get the commitment. Say you don't close on that date now the buyer has to go back to the bank to get a new rate. What if the rate changes ? The buyer doesn't have the money to buy it judging from all the help he needs and the seller is like we already agreed on everything I am not going to give you more. Now what do you do ? That's why I tell my sellers don't get involved with all that. Take it off the price and move on.
So tell me how is that possible
You pay 1 extra mortgage payment each year, either a lump or divide it by 12 and pay that much towards the principle extra each month
It’s gonna be post a video saying you won’t spend 35 on the muti million blueprint and make 10000 people send you the money then repeat 🤷🏿♂️

Thank you! Yes, it’s fabulous and spacious. Perfect for entertaining family and friends!
Welp, hardly anyone is buying now. Big thanks to the big guy. ❤
Yes, the market is challenging, but many are still finding opportunities with the right strategies, support and a Fab Realtor. Thanks for turning in and sharing!
Not sure if this is true but I heard home sales are still within average this year. Tho it’s not Americans buying homes it’s foreigners.
Until a tornado comes through. And they don't believe in climate change or science. So its only going to get more frequent.
Lol, “y’all come buy a house! Home prices are down 2% from the 85% increase!” 🙄
Simply Amazing
Thanks and thanks for tuning in!
Not when you have all these Billionaires buying up all these single family homes and farmland anymore. If it's not the Billionaires, it's the Chinese. The AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE NO CHANCE ANYMORE AT HOME OWNERSHIP IN OUR OWN COUNTRY! It's disgusting what's happening in our own country. They want to take home ownership away from us so we can ALL be renters to them, paying to them the rest of our lives. 38% of single family homes in Texas have been bought up just be these Billionaires alone! Not including what they have grabbed up in Georgia, California, Indiana, etc. WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE LOSING OUR BASIC RIGHT OF OWNING OUR OWN HOME ANYMORE AND ITS ONLY GOING TO KEEP GETTING WORSE! WE HAVE TO STAND UP AND START FIGHTING BACK!!!
As long as inflation is above 3% taxes 58% and no term limits on congress
Are the property taxes going down in Texas as well?
No
Not really but supposedly they passed a bill to deal with that.
Not True. Prices are astronomical, and housing is sparse. All because of illegals, and people leaving Democrat states. Rent has gone through the roof High! I know because Im a TEXAN AND AM DEALING WITH THIS NOW!
Tornadoes are raising as well stay safe
